Not happy with work performed. Several things had to be corrected, landscape cover does not cover entire area and appears to be of low quality. I did like Josh but barely saw him. Workers were not the best and communication was poor between Josh and them.

My experience was remarkably similar to the other reviewers who provided an "F" rating to Josh. Amazingly, after wasting my day and at least 30 minutes of his own time, Josh did NOT perform any work and did NOT provide an estimate. Although I had scheduled a repair visit... to actually have sprinkler repairs accomplished... Josh indicated he would be sending an estimate by email, later that SAME DAY, for (a) sprinkler repairs, (b) replacement of Toro pop-ups with Hunter equipment, and (c) for the additional landscaping services discussed. I received NOTHING. No estimates by email and no return call. The interesting part of this peculiar encounter is that my original request was a service call for sprinkler system repairs. Josh actually took the time to review the sprinkler system and suggested his landscaping services... and then FAILED to follow through. In the end, I have proceeded with an ACTUAL estimate from an alternative Angie's list member to perform $675 of landscape services, and the alternative Angie's list member fixed my sprinklers in less than an hour, while they provided the landscaping estimate.

When Josh left, he told my husband he would email me an estimate. I waited until the middle of the following week and sent a text, asked if he had that estimate worked up for me as I was ready to get some work going. He replied right away and said I would get the estimate over the weekend. The weekend comes and goes, without any estimate. Late into the 2nd week I called, left a volce- mail and sent a text message to see if maybe Josh sent the email quote as he said & maybe it went to "Junk mail" but, no reply to either. I went through my trash and junk emails just to be certain and as I suspected, no email from H20 Josh. Here we are in May already, after several attempts to contact Josh without any return call or reply to a text, nothing! So I wonder.... why be in business if you don't do what you say Thanks for wasting my time Josh, My landscaper recommended you to me with high regards. I'll be sure to tell him not to recommend you anymore.

Over the years my landscaping had become a hodge lodge of many plants and trees that just didn't make sense and detracted from the beauty of the home. Josh and his team came in and made it beautiful again! The house now looks like it was just built. They are great about keeping things neat during a messy process. Josh has a great eye for landscaping and the price came in much less than the original quote. I am thrilled with the end result!

On a scale of one to ten, ten being highest Josh Moore is a ten. He was on-time, knowledgeable, displayed a high level of expertise and conveyed professional pride. Mr. Moore explained what he was doing and why. He answered questions freely and made me feel at home even when asking "dumb" questions. He's the best!

Josh is a hard working professional. He has a good sense for cost effective environmental balance.

One sprinkler head was relocated and new ones were added to the system to ensure coverage of grass between the sidewalk and the street. Because of the digging required to install new heads and relocate one, there was some disruption of the existing lawn but I feel that in the long run it will be worth it. Josh Moore, the owner is very professional, friendly and responsive to the needs of the client. He arrived on time and assessed the needs of the sprinkler system and provided knowledgeable and professional service. There was some miscommunication between the crew and Mr. Moore, but in the end all was resolved and he personally came by to check the finished work and discuss with me any concerns or questions I might have.

We landscaped the whole yard. He was very responsive and answered all the questions.

Josh was very easy to speak with, and explained all of the work to us clearly, before starting. He offered us options for repairs only, and also for upgrading our system. Pricing was fair, service was prompt and thourough.
