+ -1 moreMy PC was running slower and needed some professional care after 5 years of my maintenance. Contacted Becktech and made appointmenet for next day. Bob arrived on time and did the performance check and service quickly and professionally. He explained what he was doing and why, removed viruses and malware (yes, I have an anti-virus program that is up-to-date but some get by it), and installed new support programs for me to maintain my PC. He left while the program was still defragging rather then sitting and watching to keep my cost down. It was a great experience.
Description of Work: Evaluated personal computer and cleaned-up virus & malware, defrag and supplied programs to maintian operation
