ANGEL'S CLEANING SVC

Description of Work: the entire house was to be cleaned from a remodel, but the home was not ready for them when they showed. They spent approximately 2 hours taking off stickers and cleaning some kitchen. I asked them to come back after the home was completed. however, the owner stated her cleaner was terminated and she wanted $85.00 for the work she did. I told her that would be more than $30 per hour. She hunted me down at the house and demanded the money. So I simply paid her although I told her it was completely unfair to charge this much for sticker removal.

Description of Work: They clean the kitchen and bathrooms thoroughly. They pay close attention to cleaning the floors. They are extremely thougtful, courteous and professional. They work hard while they are here and the place looks and smells clean. I believe their rate is about $35 per hour because it takes them two hours to complete the cleaning and they charge me $70 each time they come. I believe this to be a fair price. They are very flexible and will allow changes to be made if I want special attention or details paid to other areas of the house. Very flexible and good people. If I happen to NOT need certain areas cleaned because they have not been used, they consider that in the pricing for the week. For instance, I am off from work for the summer and I like to somtimes dust or mop a room myself! They will offer a lesser price which helps with the budget conscious aspect. Otherwise, they have a normal routine that they complete.
