measurements wrong after contract drawn up. Never showed when they said they would. Workers did not clean up after themselves. Once I complained to the owner, it was fixed.

Response from All In One Pavers
Measurements change when customers make changes and add areas to be done. With that said material originally ordered for the job ends up not being sufficient to finish the job originally contracted for. We apologize if you feel the workers did not clean up, 95% of our reviews have no complaints and are happy with the overall performance of the workers and everything else. The final cleanup comes when we are totally finished. [member name removed] did not voice any concerns to us. Once again we are sorry if you were not fully satisfied, we did what we always come to do, a good job, and believe we did that.

Stephanie, I will not give up. This is a matter of principle and I will see this through. Here is my response to All In One Pavers' offer of resolution: All In One Pavers has been less than honest throughout this process. They claim that "He wasn't asked to leave nor did we call the police because even though he was hostile and threatening, he was still our customer." The truth is there were no grounds for that beyond her “self serving” exaggerations. I was upset over being charged a fee that was never discussed and not in the contract. I was acting within my rights as a consumer that was being "ripped off". Don't think Stephanie was any angel during this "discussion". She was condescending and abusive. I should have taken a female friend with me as a witness on my behalf. Never allow yourself to be alone with Stephanie and her all female office staff. They will "tag team" you and then accuse you of all kinds of things. Stephanie has still not mentioned threatening me with a lien again my property. I was portrait as a menacing male while she was the demure lady. Again, this is part of the deception that is her business model. In order for a lien to be filed, services must be provided at or material must be delivered to said property. Neither of which took place. She thought she could intimidate me and force me to bend to her expectations. I am a reasonable person. When I called Stephanie on Wednesday (September 25th), she told me she would let me know later that day if they were going to make the scheduled appointment on Thursday (September 26th). She already knew there was no way they were going to make that appointment. By her response to this complaint, they were at least two days behind schedule. I was unaware of any existing impact to their schedule. Instead of being honest; she led me to believe there was a probability they would arrive as scheduled. Based on this lack of honesty, I took Thursday off and told my employer I could travel on company business the beginning of the next week. My employer then purchased airline tickets and travel arrangements were made. If Stephanie had been honest with me, we could have tried to resolve this problem. I could have tried to rearrange my business trip prior to ticket purchase and arrangements being made. So now I am between a rock and a hard place. I can't tell my employer I’m unable travel due to "rain". I received a voice mail, on Wednesday (September 25th) at 4:59PM, from Susie at All in One Pavers stating that my installation was "moved up to Friday" (September 27th). Again, they had no intentions of coming on Friday. They knew they were further behind schedule than that. Yet, I was told there was a possibility they would arrive on Friday. You can hear the angst in Susie's voice as she knows she is being deceptive. She uses the words: tentative, maybe and if repeatedly. I have another voice mail from Stephanie on Friday (September 27th). At this point she talks about understanding my frustration. My "frustration" was based on having no idea what was going on. In that voice mail, she lets it slip that they were planning on doing the job no earlier than Tuesday (October 1st). And they say "the wife is always the last to know". When was Stephanie going to divulge this information to me? I was deceived repeatedly. All In One Pavers has no credibility. I had lost all confidence in them and specifically Stephanie. I was not about to leave town for an extended period of time with this "unethical" company holding $1400.00 of my money. My fear was that behavior like this is usually an indication of a company about to go out of business. I was concerned about losing the entire $1400.00. All In One Pavers' schedule is a "house of cards". Either she is being deceptive or she is just inept at coordinating a schedule. For someone who has been in this business for almost 10 years, she can't handle some rain? It rains all the time in Florida. We aren't talking a hurricane here. Shouldn't a 3 - 4 inch base of crushed stone provide sufficient drainage to continue working in several hours? If it was raining in another area of Brevard County, why didn't they send their crew to my home to do the initial preparation work? It hadn't rained in my area for days. The removal of the sod and leveling of the soil doesn't require perfectly dry conditions. Stephanie doesn't appear to do work in parallel. It sounds like they do jobs serially. So Stephanie, my question to you is: if it is raining, what do your employees do? Do they go home with/without pay? Do they sit around and wait for the rain to end? You could have sent your crew to my home to at least do the site preparation work. Unless they were busy and you are using the rain as an ongoing excuse. Perhaps the legally provided voice mails from All In One Pavers will give the Judge some insight to the deception. Now Stephanie wants to penalize me for her poor planning, mismanagement and deception by paying a "restocking fee". Any loss she incurs is her problem due to her poor business skills. There was nothing in the contract and nothing posted in her office prior to me arriving to get my refund. It is one deception after another. Again, the attitude I found upon my arrival to get my refund was one of confrontation. I was there to simply get a check. I wanted nothing to do with Stephanie. I didn't even wish to speak with her. Her desire to make me regret challenging her was blatantly apparent. She was going to punish me as demonstrated by the threat of a lien. This became a contest of wills and personalities. Since I stood my ground, Stephanie resorted to maliciously slandering me by accusing me of being hostile and abusive. I was passionate about being "ripped off". It was a normal human reaction that anyone reading this would have felt as well. So once again, I will refer Stephanie to the contract. That is the only thing the Judge will be interested in. The contract does not mention a restocking fee. No restocking fee was ever identified, verbally or in writing, during the estimate or contract process. Since she likes to refer to standard business practices, Stephanie should follow other standard business practices: keep appointments for estimates, do not try to deceive your customers, don't talk to your customers like they work for you, don't threaten your customers with liens that you can't enforce, do not slander your customers with outright exaggerations. I will never use All In One Pavers again and strongly recommend others use caution when dealing with this unethical contractor. Pay attention to all warning signs, no matter how trivial. They are indications of bigger problems looming. Do not accept a tentative installation date. They are preparing you for the excuses that are inevitable. Stephanie claims they are a small "family owned" business. In reality, it is a small dictatorship with Stephanie as the self proclaimed "honcho" based on her Facebook page. As far as the facts, I will take the contract, this ongoing written battle (both here and on Angie's List) that demonstrates the distortion of the truth, the accurate day by day weather data and the voice mails to Small Claims Court. The Judge will see the attempts to deceive and he will find in my favor. I am also providing this information to the Florida State Attorney's office and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Stephanie can use all of the excuses she wants, but the voice mails tell a different story. The voice mails offer the facts that contradict Stephanie’s claims. I will ask the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Service to review All In One Pavers' contract and require them to include a notice of "restocking fees" to protect the consumer. I will also actively lobby the Florida State Attorney General for a non performance law that gives the consumer a no penalty release clause from deceptive contractors. I will also ask the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Service to fine All In One Pavers for their deceptive business practices. Let me be perfectly clear. At this point, I only seek my $300.00 refund. I also demand a written apology from Stephanie for the malicious things she accused me of. If this goes to court, I will also seek damages for: court fees, lost wages, travel expenses to court as well as the written apology. I also recommend that Stephanie consider renaming her company: All In One Excuses. Open Letter To Angie's List Members: If you have read this far you have seen the ongoing battle between Stephanie and me. Please take this for exactly what it is – a consumer alert! Rather than “rehash” the facts, just believe me that you don’t want to do business with this individual. There was no “restocking fee” clause in her contract or posted in her office. It was never mentioned at all, either in writing or verbally. It conveniently appeared when I went for my refund. She is not being honest. Stephanie makes up the rules as she goes and a contract means nothing. She mentions all kinds of guarantees on her web site and yet she won’t even honor a legal contract. What does that says about her word or her guarantees. She avoids mentioning threatening me with a lien to force me to accept her nonsense. Believe me she did threaten me. All In One Pavers is an unprofessional and unethical company. She makes up rain delays to mask her poor management skills and expects you to tolerate her “poor/non performance”. My point to the consumer is let the court of public opinion hold Stephanie and All In One Pavers accountable. If even a little bit of my story is true, do you want this unnecessary additional drama in your life. I can’t emphasize strongly enough your need to boycott this company. UPDATE: After a year of endless confrontations, I WON my Small Claims Case. All In One Pavers paid the court judgment of $1024.95 in December 2014
Description of Work: Update 8/28/14 -I have been battling with All In One Paver for 11 months over an illegally withheld “restocking fee”. This “restocking fee” was never discussed or disclosed to me at any time during the estimate or writing of the contract. There was no mention of a “restocking fee” in the contract. This “fee” was announced to me at the time I cancelled the contract due to All In One Paver’s non-performance. They were disingenuous throughout the business relationship. They made exaggerated and unfounded accusations about me to try to sway public opinion based upon emotion, not the facts. I was forced to take All In One Pavers to Small Claims Court. Stephanie Cartagena was served a summons to appear in court on 27 August 2014 at 9AM by a Brevard Sheriff. This was Stephanie’s opportunity to state her position and have it defended by the laws of Florida and Brevard County. Neither Stephanie nor her representative appeared in court. All In One Pavers was a “no show”. I was awarded a judgment in my favor. I believe Stephanie realized that she didn’t have a leg to stand on and decided to “thumb her nose” at her customer and the Brevard County legal system. Now you can read all the background on this situation, but the bottom line is: do you want to risk having an issue with an unethical contractor? Do you want to deal with a contractor with a legal judgment against them? I should have known better when All In One Pavers missed the first two appointments for estimate without as much as a phone call. All In One Pavers has acted with impunity in their dealings with me. If you don’t take my advice, I cannot emphasize strongly enough – use a credit card to protect your interests!! Charging a “surcharge’ to use a credit card is the first sign that they are trying to steer you into using a check or cash. Resist the temptation for a lower price. A credit card would have prevented this whole nightmare. And believe me, it has been a nightmare. Demand a release of lien prior to the final payment with your credit card. Regardless of Stephanie’s inflated opinion, she works for you and not vice versa! Demand firm start/finish dates with penalties for delays beyond reasonable. Put it in the contract. I learned a lot from this experience. I contracted with All In One Pavers (August 30th) to pave my backyard. I finally cancelled the contract for non performance due to poor scheduling and overbooking jobs. The job was never performed. They withheld a $300.00 "restocking fee" that was not part of the contract and never discussed prior to accepting my deposit. A freshly print sign was posted in the office the afternoon I went for my deposit. Update: I will attempt to respond accordingly to the distortions of the truth provided by All in One Pavers in their rebuttal to my complaint. Please note that I am a Senior Engineer with 30 years of international business experience, and am accustomed to conducting myself in a professional manner in all levels of business and situations, regardless of the emotions or tension that may be present. While our discussion did become heated, there were no personal threats or vulgarities. There was certainly no name calling. Stephanie has a selective and creative memory compounded with a condescending personality. She spoke to me as if I was her employee and not her customer. She compared me to her children having behavioral issues. She “threatened” to place a lien on my home ($1500.00) for pavers that were never delivered to me. Stephanie then told me, half way through our conversation, that she was recording our discussion. While that in itself is illegal, I told her “go ahead” – “I haven’t said anything to be concerned about”. I did tell her that I would go to Angie’s List and write a harsh review (only after she decided to change the terms of the contract and illegally withhold my money). All in One Pavers tout their service by mentioning their awards from Angie’s List. That was yesterday’s news and their current performance is subpar. I advised Stephanie that I would tell family, friends and co-workers of the poor experience provided by All in One Pavers and I would factually relay their unethical business practices. Even in their response to the BBB, they would not take accountability for their poor performance. They chose to blame the weather, and then the customer for demanding their legal rights as specified in the contract. All in One Pavers feel they are above conventional business protocol such as appointments and contracts. They change the rules for their convenience because in their opinion “they are worth it”. They don’t mention anything about a “tentative” date for installation during the estimate or prior to the signing of the contract. I was told I would be placed on the schedule. After accepting my check, the statement “Tent – September 26” was hand written on the top of the contract after I had signed it. I was not asked to approve or initial it. It was becoming apparent that they had no intention of meeting the scheduled date from the start and were just going through the motions. They know they are behind schedule and have to juggle appointments to satisfy the more vocal customers. As far as trying to force my way to the head of the schedule, I had patiently waited almost a month for the job to be performed. When I called All in One Pavers on September 25th, they had no intention of coming to do my job. Instead of saying, “Jim, we are running several days behind based on weather”, they told me they were on schedule and “barring any rain” they would be there the next day. That is blatantly not true. They used that same tired excused 2 days in a row. It was only when I told them I was cancelling the contract that they tried to rearrange the schedule. They have no room in their schedule to recover and get back on track and they pass the delays to their customers. I find it ironic how Stephanie can state that other customers that have been “waiting longer” were asked to delay their installation to accommodate my demands. It is the management’s job to have a recovery plan to get back on schedule and Stephanie doesn’t have one. She just keeps slipping the schedule and makes the customers wait. It is not acceptable business practice to start every contract with a “tentative” installation date, anymore than it would be acceptable for the customers to offer a tentative payment date. Let’s get to the bottom line here. There is nothing in the contract about a restocking fee. That is all that matters. The signed contract is binding. Not the sign on the wall hidden by pictures or a file cabinet. The Judge in Small Claims Court will look solely at the contract. If I decided to make the final payment with a credit card after installation was complete, All in One Pavers would have referred me to the surcharges in the contract. They would say the contract is binding. The contract does NOT mention a restocking fee. The pavers were not a special order and were likely used on a subsequent job within 30 days (barring any rain). I will take this matter to court with the signed contract, Florida Business Law regarding restocking fees, the weather data from the Nation Weather Service stating that SEPTEMBER 2013 RAINFALL - MELBOURNE RECEIVED 4.54 INCHES OF RAIN FOR THE MONTH, WHICH WAS 3.10 INCHES (41%) BELOW NORMAL and All in One Paver’s web site pages stating: “Whether you need a new walkway or desire to revamp your pool deck, no job is too big or too small. Please contact us today for an estimate. We guarantee you’ll be satisfied with the results.” I was not satisfied! I expect them to honor their guarantee as well as the contract. I am only seeking $300.00 at this point. If this goes through litigation, I will seek legal fees, additional losses due to time from work and travel to court. I will seek full restitution for any and all losses due to the arrogance and incompetence of All in One Pavers. I am asking Angie’s List to recommend to All in One Pavers that they abide by their contract and return the $300.00 to me, the customer. All in One Pavers is in the wrong and the court will side with the consumer. After the court enforces the contract and awards me the refund and any damages due, I will forward the decision of the court to Brevard County Planning & Development Licensing Regulation and Enforcement. If more victims notify the appropriate agencies, then perhaps contractors such as All In One Pavers will be forced to adhere to the ethical and legal requirements of their trade or lose their license. Should anyone ask Angie’s List about All in One Pavers in the future, I would recommend the following: Gauge their business ethics and performance on whether they arrive for scheduled estimates or don’t show up/are late. I should have known better. I ignored major warning signs/red flags. Pay with a credit card regardless of any surcharge. It will give you more leverage. Read the contract carefully. Do not take for granted that this is a routine job and it is no big deal. Demand a “non performance clause” in the contract that allows you to terminate without penalty should they fail to meet a reasonable schedule. Do not accept a “tentative” installation date. That is just an excuse for “we’re really screwed up and too greedy to risk a few days without work to recover or stay on track”. Imagine if they found they were ahead of schedule and can call and say they can arrive earlier. Customer frustration turns to joy and they are a hero. Watch the local weather for a week before the installation date. The “act of God” excuse is old and lame. Get a “release of lien” at the time of final payment. No release at time of completion means no payment until the paperwork is available. If you are treated poorly by All in One Pavers, speak up and report it! Don’t let this abusive, deceptive behavior continue. I will now have about collecting the monies awarded by the judgment of the court.

Response from All In One Pavers
We are regretful that this customer’s experience was unsatisfactory. However, we again reiterate that his rescheduling was due to weather. We had rain on the Monday and Tuesday before his scheduled installation, which was Thursday. He called on the Wednesday before his scheduled install date to confirm and we said we would call him back that same day to let him know as the rain was causing delays. We called him at around 6:30pm that same day to let him know that due to the rain we would have to move him forward. Unfortunately, he had already cancelled work for the next day. We feel that this is what caused his anger and refusal to accept a rescheduled installation date. He cancelled after we had paid over $1,700.00 for his pavers and their delivery. We have a sign in our office stating that there is a restocking fee for cancellations after we receive the pavers from the manufacturer, which is common practice for companies that must order and pay for merchandise from outside sources. This sign has never been hidden or hard to see. We still have the pavers in our yard and would be more than willing to still do the installation or this customer, in which case the restocking fee would be deducted from his contracted amount as already paid. In his second response to you, he mentioned that he was told he was being illegally recorded. He was irate, yelling, using verbally abusive language and very pointedly making threats. Stephanie mentioned that we had security cameras, which are clearly visible, in an attempt to get him to cease his intimidating and threatening behavior. We tried to accommodate this customer in every way possible. When he threatened to cancel and became extremely irate, the owner even contacted previously scheduled customers who had signed their contracts well before him and go their permission to move them forward so we could get him done that Saturday, which happens to be 2 days after his scheduled installation. Which makes sense because that would be the two days that we lost due to rains on Monday and Tuesday of that week. Nothing we did or said could make him happy. We believe the restocking fee is a fair and reasonable charge when we have paid for the pavers and their delivery. Two days of rains caused delays in our installation dates. This is something that we have no control over which is why we can only give tentative installation dates on our contracts and write the work tentative, or its abbreviation, next to each and every contract’s installation date.

the shop is old, but has a lot of options which we liked, the first visit by them was for the measurements for the pation and an estimated cost. we were told they would be at our home at 5PM, the person call us at 1 and said he was there now, and if we could not meet him we would have to arrange another time. Although we worked it out for him to come later in the evening, it was very frustrating as we work and set appointments around our work schedule as much as possible. They quoted us a price and a date, which we agreed upon. Two days before the delivery date, we called to confirm, and it was, well maybe we will do it this weekend we are really busy and behind due to rain. so we had to wait till Friday evening to get confirmation. The men doing the work showed up on time, they worked hard, no breaks, and had the job done in 4 hours, and because it had rained so much, our grass was very wet, they did everything they could to protect what was not going to be pulled up for the patio - kudos to them for that. after they left, we realized they did not put concrete around the edges, and all the sand that was in the patio was coming out, as the board was not protected. So my husband bought concrete from lowes and did it himself. not as professional, but we go it done, and it is now holding the sand. The patio it self is nice, but make sure you check the work and know what to look for before the crew leaves your house.

I don't know what happened with the cement on the border, your husband should not have to go and get cement and do it himself. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years and we would have gladly come back the next business day to fix it had you let us know. If you find any thing else, please give us a call and we will gladly come by and check it out or fix it.

The pavers came out good. The only complaint I have is the time it took to get the pavers in. I understand it takes time but it took almost a month. The guys worked very hard but left there trash around and also weren't very careful of my plants. It was difficult to communicate with them as they only knew Spanish. I would use the company again because the product was good. Last I have been waiting for an est. on getting the pavers sealed for about a month now. My wife called and they said they would get me an est. still haven't heard from them. I hope I don't need to use someone different to seal the pavers I shall give them 1 more week. That's why the response is the grade I have them.

"DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER" when it comes to this company. Although my initial impression was not a very positive one when I first visited thier office , the end product was far beyond my expectations and turned out absolutely beautiful. I'll explain.... After walking around outside looking at the various pavers on display for about 30 minutes without anyone coming to assist us, we decided to go inside the office to find someone to speak with about our project. There was only one lady in the office and she was trying to answer phones, assist another gentlemen who had been waiting and finally after another ten minutes was able to come over and speak to us. Unfortunately, she kept getting pulled away answering phones and trying to attend to other office business. A second women showed up, but she had a scheduled meeting with another client who had been waiting as well. Shortly thereafter, a third women came into the office and attempted to assist us since the other two ladies were tied up. Although the third women attempted to assist us, I found her to be somewhat confusing and not very helpful. I can only assume that it was lunch time and staffing was not at its best. Finally the second women came to assist us after her client had left and everything started falling into place. She was the owner and knew her product very well and within minutes came up with a great solution to our project and enabled us to get exactly what we wanted. We were able to pick out our pavers, select an install date and leave excited about seeing the end product. As I stated in the beginning....it turned out BEAUTIFUL. What a difference it made to our back yard. The workers were punctual, efficient, cleaned up area, reviewed the sloping needs for proper run-off, etc. The main worker who made the cuts was a master perfectionist cutting around pipes, drain spouts, etc. It was amazing.

Thank you so much for your review. Yes it can get very busy in this office especially if some are at lunch and yes the phones do not stop ringing. We really appreciate the fact that you were patient and waited to be helped. We really appologize for the wait, but per your review it was worth the wait. We try our best to take care of the customers as they come in but if there was only one of us present at the time, I can see how it got extremely busy. Once again, thank you for your review and hope you do enjoy your new rear patio.

No actual work was performed - just received a quote.
Description of Work: One of three quotes we received for the job. All in One was very competitive on price, although we went with another vendor. The main reason being the gentleman who came to work up the quote said All in One wasn't available until late July to do the job. If it wasn't for that I would have definitely considered them.

Went well, and had to have them come back out and work on level of one area we had done. They came back out happly and did a redo. My biggest complaint is the cleanup was poor and I had to throw away their trash and drink bottles etc that they left on ground otherwise they were really hard workers.

We are reakkt surprised when you say our workers left their garbagr behind, that is definitely something we are used to hearing, on the opposite all comments are that they guys worked very hard, were pleasant and cleaned up after the job was done, this must have been an off day and we apologize for that, perhaps you should have called the office and we would have sent someone to take care of it.

The company did not match the pavers that were in place on the patio. They said that they would fade over time, but this has not been the case. One of their dump trucks leaked oil all over our paver driveway. I asked them to clean up the oil with an "oil dry" substance. I came home a few days later to find that they were removing pavers from my driveway. I called the company. They said that they would come back out to repair it the driveway. A few weeks later, I noticed that they were back and tearing out even more pavers from our driveway. They did not even come to the door to ask for approval. They finally replaced the pavers, but with ones that do not match. I called the owner about this whole experience. She said that she would inspect the problem, but has never shown up. Overall, I was happy with the work on the patio, but disappointed by the damage to the driveway.

I did speak to this customer myself, he said he was happy with the job and actually gave me the name of a product that he used in the past that cleans oil stains. We did try to replace and make the customer happy a couple of times, but with pavers and tile if you don't have the same lot the color will not match ever. We apologize if we stained the pavers but we did try to remedy and fix it, it is not like we turned around and never came back to try and fix the problem. As a matter of fact we went to this customer's house and he was away and communication was open at all times.

My wife and I built a large open porch (attached to dwelling) on the back side of our house last year. To complete the porch, we wanted to finish the floor with pavers and extend the patio out making a larger area to entertain. So, I called out three different companies for estimates and at the time I was unsure of which company I was going with. So, a week after I received an estimate from this company I was coming home and found that my neighbor across the street had his driveway done by the same company and it looked great. So, I decided to go with them and the scheduled me 3 weeks out. The I estimate I received was right in line with the others and used Angie's list as another determining factor to go with them. I couldn't wait to get the work done and about 2 weeks after I put my deposit down, they called and told me that the pavers have arrived early and could start my job a week earlier. They actually called me at 6:30pm the night before to start the next morning. Fortunately, I was prepared and had everything cleared for them to start. The following morning the whole crew showed up and I was able to guide them on the layout we were looking for and they did an awesome job! Unsure of how long this job would take, they stayed until 7pm that night and still had about a half day worth of work left to finish. The following day, and the reason why I gave them a B on punctuality is that they didn't show up until 2pm the next day. When I called the office the next day to find out what happened, it was as if they forgot to come back and finish the job. I was actually told that they had started another job! Anyhow, they still came later the second day to finish and I was thrilled about the end result. They did a fantastic job and there's no question that their crew work hard and deserve credit. I hope they put the photos of their work at my house on their website because it looks so great. In turn, I referred them over to a good friend in Palm Bay who had his driveway done, back patio and front porch done. It's a big job and I'm sure they appreciate the referral!

You bet we appreciate all the praise and good words from our customers. I am glad your job turned out the way you anticipated, and sometimes jobs take longer to complete and yes we will go back and finish them, but we do have schedules and since we squeezed this job in a week in advance and installers were not able to finish it that they, like customer said we did go back later the next day to finish it. In the morning we had to start a job that had been on schedule and we were only able to go back in the afternoon to finish this one, we certaiknly did not forget it, and are happy that the end result was satisfactory. We will be more than happy to post the pictures in the website; it would be great if customer could email some to us. Sometimes we do not have the time to go back and do it so our customers are most of the time more than wiolling to do it and send them to us, which we appreciate.

They completed the work within a week. The new circular driveway & walkway are connected seamlessly with the existing driveway. They mixed the old pavers with new ones to produce an uniform look across the entire driveway. We received many complements from our neighbours. After 6 months, the circular driveway showed some depressions along the edges due to settlement. They came back and fixed them for free because they guarantee their work for two years. We are happy with their work and hiring them again to add another driveway extension for a RV parking area

Professional company. Did everything that was expected of them. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: The job was to enlarge an existing driveway, by adding a round about with parking for a motor home. Yard had to be excavated with just the right slope. Dirt was added, compacted and the pavers cut and set. The job was done in one day. The finished driveway now looks like it was always there. Excellent job all around.

I stopped by with Stephanie to see the completed job and will have to agree, the addition looks like it has been a part of the original driveway. Usually when we try to match existing pavers it is very hard since every lot looks different, this time it was a near perfect match and we have to credit US Paverscapes for matching the color of the older ones. Thank you for your review.

Quick, efficient, and when the job was finished it looked very good. Lawn sprinkler system was damaged during excavation of the old driveway, but they have come out several times to help fix the broken pipes. Will provide update after final repairs are made to sprinkler system and they have performed the cleaning and sealing of the pavers (another $1,100 but highly recommended) Overall, we are very satisfied with this company on all counts Stephanie does a great job of coordinating and estimating the material and work, and has great vision when recommending landscape effects.

I've had a very positive experience with them. They were really professional, showed up when they were supposed to, and did all the work they were supposed to. I had some extra things I wanted to add onto the job and they went ahead and took care of it. They charged me a little extra just for the extra things I wanted, but that was fine. They had a really good crew and they worked really hard. However, the only thing that was bad was they broke my water main while driving into my property. They took care of it, but it took a few days to get a plumber out because it was on a weekend and they agreed to pay the extra water bill.

Thank you so much for your review and kind words. As to the water main, utilities are supposed to be buried at least 8" which no utility company actually does so sometimes we hit a snag which it is not entirely our fault, but we try to resolve the issue the best we can and as soon as possible.

Overall our experience with All in One Payers went very well.
Description of Work: They arrived as scheduled and removed driveway to prepare laying of pavers. We were amazed how fast they worked. Next day pavers were being put in place with detail. We are very happy with the two light columns at driveway entrance. Due to paver late deliveries they did not finish until the a week later. The workers did an exceptional job laying payers. If there were any issues they addressed them immediatelly. Overall we very happy with the work performed and would not hesitate to call on All In One payers again.

Came to their office and picked out the stone we wanted. They came out and measured to give me a quote. They were there within a week and completed the work in several days.
Description of Work: I am new to Angie's list and felt compelled to put this review in because they did such a good job on our pool deck pavers. The price was very competitive and I was concerned the quality of the work would not be what I was looking for. They came and worked three days strait to redo my pool deck. Did a great job and charged exactly what they said. Actually, some of the grout stained my pool and they had my pool drained and professionally cleaned at their own expense. Really a stand up company that I would highly recommend. I will use them again on our new home the we are building.

Excellent. Will definitely use this company again. My neighbors are planning on using them as well because they were impressed with the job.
Description of Work: All-In-One Pavers prepared for and laid almost 2500 sq ft of pavers for driveway, sidewalk, portico, patio, and side patio. They arrived on time and worked steadily until dark each day with a short break for lunch. It is a beautiful job and everyone comments, even the city inspector, that this is the most beautiful job they have ever seen. Very well-mannered, hard-working young men and the girls in the office are friendly, helpful, eager to please & are prompt with answering phone and e-mail messages. Several residents in my neighborhood & other friends are planning on calling them to get on the schedule as they were very impressed with the job. I will use them again should I want to expand elsewhere on my property. They will be coming back in two weeks to clean and seal, as the materials need to rest about two weeks before sealing. We enjoyed their company, they exceeded our expectations.

We could have issued one ourselves to make you feel at ease if that is what it takes, but I have not been told that you are looking for one. We have 2 new girls and may be they do not understand how important it is to get the messages to the right people. We apologize for that and even if I do not have an original release they can fax or email one to us and I will send that to you and mail the original when we get it.

Turned out better than I ever expected! The workers showed up on time and worked harder than anyone I have ever seen. I could not believe how fast they got the job done. I was a little nervous at first, but once they got going I could tell they knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to give me a beautiful, relaxing space. They even offered suggestions of what they thought would look better than what I had originally planned....and they were right! They do this all the time so its good to take the suggestions they offer. I also liked that they have a two year warranty. I have nothing but praise for this company and its workers, I am so glad that I chose them.

Stephanie came out exactly when she said she would to provide us with an estimate. We started in mid November so she managed to fit us in before Thanksgiving and we had so many changes and add ons that we were still able to get everything wrapped up by Christmas. The crews she uses were wonderful workers, and very polite. The company was very accomodating to the many changes we made along the way and even when we would run into a problem. We love our pavers and the job all in one did for us! I would call them back and recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We called All In One Pavers and 3 other companies. By far All In One came in with one of the lowest prices. Stephanie, made great suggestions with many areas of our yard ie: patio, fire pits and driveway. We started out only wanting to go a few walkways and patio. We ended up paving our entire driveway, gazebo, and walkways and added two firepits.

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased. The one glitz was that they didn't make it on the scheduled day because the truck with the pavers broke down on the way to their store, and they should have let me know. But they rescheduled, and the truck came sooner than expected, so the job was done only 2 days later than the scheduled date. I forgive them the one little lapse, because they got here as soon as they could and everything else was perfect. We had been given an estimate by a landscape company that we had used for actual landscaping before, but it was beyond our means, so we decided to get a second opinion. We saw an ad for All-In-One Pavers in which they claimed to underbid any other estimate. I checked with Angie's list, and they were highly rated. These people are so honest that their bid was $1000 less than our previous estimate. The layout of the store is ideal with many varieties of pavers and patterns built into the back yard and indoor showroom. Also, I truly enjoyed working with Maria, the owner. She explained everything, and as we deliberated, she offered advice and aesthetic opinions of her own. She showed great expertise on their various products and, thankfully, didn't rush or push us. The crew arrived early in the morning 2 1/2 weeks later with all the supplies and equipment and were finished a little after noon. They were courteous and informative. Although there was a lot of cutting of pavers to do on this job, they were efficient and expert. We have a beautiful patio. The labor has a two-year warranty. They accept a check or debit.
Description of Work: This was a paving job. We hired All-In-One to make a half-circle patio at the back of our house, 24' long with a radius of 12'. A couple of weeks after we selected the pavers and design we wanted, they prepared the ground, removed a small, square cement threshold, laid and compressed sand, cut and arranged pavers in a T pattern, filled it in, cemented outside the perimeter, hosed down everything and left the site clean and complete.

My husband and I took estimates from 3 paving contractors. The first 2 contractors' price quotes on just the driveway alone (when they finally got around to telling us) were much higher (1 was more than double) than for the total price quote All in One Pavers gave for all 3 jobs (driveway, walkway, and private garden). We liked that All in One Pavers were not pushy at all, but yet quickly responded to any questions and concerns we had, whereas the other 2 companies were pushy to start work, but not responsive to our questions (especially on cost of project!). All in One Pavers owner, Stephanie, emailed us the price quote within a week and said to let her know if we had any questions, etc and left it at that. Everything with All In One Pavers went well from start to finish. The owners, office staff, & construction crew were all very courteous and polite. The project was slated to be done in 3 days (Wed-Fri), but ended up taking 5. (It was a big project). The crew (between 8-10 guys) worked on our house every day from about 8-8:30am to about 7pm. What surprised me was when the project wasn't completed by Friday evening, I figured that they would be back the following week on a weekday to finish. But I was wrong! They worked through the weekend (both Saturday and Sunday!) to finish it all. What I am trying to convey is that this company has a good work ethic! They won't leave until the job is done! Co-owner Nelson, Stephanie's husband, was on site everyday to oversee that all was going well and offered good suggestions on the project. Nelson's brother (All in One Landscaping) did a good job replanting the displaced trees and covering the old sections of the driveway with sod. We are going to use his company for additional landscaping. I would definitely recommend All In One Pavers for all your paving needs. They are professional, courteous, and a whole lot more reasonably priced than their competitors, and will do a great job. My husband and I are very happy with their work!
Description of Work: We hired All in One Pavers for 3 projects: to change and rebuild our single entry driveway to a semi-circular one with 2 entrances, to construct a 3 foot wide walkway from the driveway to the entrance of the backyard enclosed lanai and to add pavers to a private walled in garden in our master bath area. Total cost of project, including permits and taxes: approximately $20,000.

The office staff were knowledgeable and pleasant; no pushy sales, just listened and offered information and suggestions when applicable. The crew arrived at 8:30 a.m., about an hour earlier than we were told, but that was ok by us. The hard-working guys(4-8 at any one time depending on the task and time of day) took care of the job in a professional and excellent manner. Recommendations from the site foreman for slight modifications were excellent since we did not have the company provide an on-site estimate and drawing for the patio (we brought a drawing in to the office). We added a retainer wall to guard against a negative slope in the back yard. While the wall added cost, it was well worth it. The patio, walkway and pad (700 sq ft total) look terrific and quality of work was super. The only hitch was one of the crew must've nicked a sprinkler line and not known it because when I went to test the system, I had a geyser near one edge of the patio. It displaced about a dozen pavers, but the crew was kind enough to repair it on a return visit since they still had to finish installing the wall caps on part of the retainer wall (remember that we had made the decision to add the wall after they arrived on site for the patio work and All in One did not have enough of the caps in stock). Great company to deal with; highly recommended!
