All In One Pavers

Extremely happy with the overall experience! The quality of the finished product far exceeded my expectations. The crew was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a big decision deciding upon a paver company, and I am happy to report that this was the perfect outfit to do my project...........which was not an easy one! Overall they did a good job. Had to pay $150.00 to fix two different spots where the workers broke PVC sprinkler pipes. Contract states they are not responsible for any underground pipes, lines, etc...

This is the BEST COMPANY I have dealt with in Florida. They are Prompt, honest, and very professional. The workers are very good and pay attention to the landscape. They work constantly and do not sit around. When they eat or drink, the trash is immediately cleaned up and put in the proper trash containers. They clean up each night and do a wonderful job. This is the second time we have used them in two years and would recommend them HIGHLY.

It was excellent. They did a lot of work for us and we added more on. I would highly recommend them. Their quality is an A+++. We picked the bricks we wanted six weeks before because they had to order the bricks.

The technician that arrived first of all looked clueless. He did replace some cracked pavers. Than power washed the pavers laid a small amount of sand between the pavers watered the sand in spots. did not allow pavers to dry completely than brushed a light coat of the sealer. My complaint is to fold the technician was too fast and did not lay enough sand between pavers did not allow enough time for the light coating of sand or (paver filler) to complete dry before applying the light coat of sealer. I now have more weeds growing between my pavers then I did before the reseal job. I have called All In One Pavers twicw now and the refuse to take any responsibility for there sloppy work.

Professional from start to finish. The install team showed amazing attention to detail and you could tell they were extremely well experienced and qualified. The outcome was awesome. I would highly recommend them.

They did great work. They were a little late, but they got the walkway done in all in one day.

This was an excellent experience overall. Very smooth. There were some delays with the manufacturer not getting the stones to all in one pavers but they let us know and kept us informed.

Decent quality. I prepped the Gordon's - killed grass, relocated sprinklers, leveled ground - and laid pavers. After a bad job providing an estimate they completed the work as scheduled with acceptable quality.

We replaced an old railroad tie retaining wall with a stone wall. We're pleased with the result

I had a very good experience. I needed pavers removed that were installed incorrectly. The owner was able to recycle the old pavers and install them on the side of the house. The new pavers around the pool look great. I found the company great to work with. The price for the work was actually lower than the other quotes that I received. I am happy with the experience.

The workers worked very hard and efficiently Punctual - they started when they said they would Had an issue with sprinkler pipe busting under new pavers causing issues. They stood behind there work and came out a corrected to my complete satisfaction Con's At first contact with the company communication was a little rough. You got the sense the owner and office staff were overwhelmed with work and short on time. Had to go back and forth a few times to have them come out and fix issue (they did do it). Towards the end of my engagement with them communication got much better. I think they may have gotten some office help. Would definitely recommend them.

First I would like to say the gentlemen who did the work on these patios and driveway were an amazing crew. Eric, who was in charge of the crew had very little information from Stephanie to go on......no drawings, etc. ......but he did an amazing job coming up with ideas and solutions for us. This was the hardest working group we have seen in a long time. They worked long hours and took very few breaks. Our end product is beautiful. Stephanie came out a couple of times to discuss with us what we wanted done. She took measurements but wrote nothing else down. We told her we wanted to have a screen enclosure put on one of the patios when it was completed. She said we would need footers poured to support the frame for the screen. One of the other things we discussed was a pathway that we wanted between the patios. Because she did not write any of these things down, neither of these were included in her estimate and Eric was not aware that either of these needed to be done. He was not provided with any drawings. As a result, my husband had to draw things out for him in the dirt before the crew could get started. The project was anticipated to take 4 or 5 days but the work went on for a month. The first patio and driveway were completed and the crew disappeared. We were not told when they would return to complete the other project. I attempted to get in touch with Stephanie every day for 2 weeks but she did not return my phone calls or emails. When I finally did catch her in the office she told me she needed information from the person who was doing the screen enclosure in order to proceed but she had not attempted to contact him or bothered to return my calls and let me know she needed information from him. I was able to get in touch with him right away and get the information she claimed she needed. It appears Stephanie is overwhelmed with work but continues to take on new jobs without taking care of the customers she has already made commitments to. She does everything manually so she made a $10,000 mistake in our original estimate, not including the omission of the footers and the pathway. A simple set of automated spreadsheets for estimating jobs would have prevented this. She also does not take notes while she is discussing a project so major parts of the project are forgotten. We would happily work with Eric and his crew again but we would think long and hard before dealing with Stephanie on another project.

Work was performed to my satisfaction. Job site was cleaned up very well.

They took out our old driveway and walkway to house and installed a new driveway and walkway with pavers. The job was done well and on time.

They were on time as planned. Worked very hard and did a beautiful job. Hope to them again soon.

After contacting All in One Pavers (Oct. 6), we were informed that it would be at least a week until someone could visit our house to perform measurements and prepare a quote for paver services. No problem, we weren't in a big rush. The owner (Stephanie) arrived as scheduled to survey the site and take measurements. After waiting over a week for the quote, we phoned All in One for a status- they were behind schedule but would get the quote out later that day. We waited another week and still no quote, so we contacted another contractor for a quote. We had that quote the following day, and selected that contractor to perform the work.We just received the quote and an apology from All in One Pavers (Nov. 5)...about a month after we first contacte them, and 3 weeks after their initial walk down. The quote was comparable to other contractors, however, since we have already selected another contractor, we sent them a "thanks but no thanks" reply.

Overall a pleasant experience. We had a date of 11/3 and they called and asked if we would like to have it done a few days earlier. That was a first for us. They arrived early and finished the job in one day. A design issue came up and the install foreman gave me his recommendations. Turned out looking better than the original plan for the front walk. In only two days we have had numerous compliments on the looks and workmanship. I would highly recommend All In One Pavers. Everyone from office workers to installers were friendly and courteous. I only wish I could have them reface my inside fireplace.

My family and I are so elated and satisfied with the work performed throughout our entire backyard. All in One Pavers (concreted) paved my entire backyard which is fenced in and it looks VERY pleasant. This establishment is definitely surpassing their competition with reasonable pricing and superb work. The entire staff (Stephanie, Maria, Susan, Kimberly, etc.) are extremely professional. I will definitely bring this company new business and recommend them to the public. We are beyond pleased with the service received and will do business with them in the near future.

All went well. Workers were very fast efficient and curtious. Driveway and back yard look great. The paver were sealed 2-3 month later. We currently experience efflorescence but contacted the company to get it resolved. Overall we were very happy with the job they did.

It went very well. It looks so nice and flows beautifully from the screen area, to the outside. The date of service is not accurate, but all else is.

They did a good job and this was the first time I used them. They had to come back to fix one thing, but overall they did a good job. I would suggest to them that they be a little more precise on their scheduling. We had a few things that came up that kind of jacked up our schedule with what they were going to do and when they were coming out. We have not had any issues come up. I think the price was fair. The service was good, but the scheduling of work had to be adjusted a couple of times. One time they said the pavers had not come in yet.

The design was very eye-catching and the installation was very neat, efficient, and on-time. (A step in the sidewalk had to be reworked, but they were back within two weeks to do the repair.) Overall, we are very satisfied.
