All In One Pavers

Once the rain stopped and the work resumed it went very well. The men did a good job. Neighbors had positive comments and I love it. The job is what I wanted so I am happy with it all.

First let me say from the start to finish every thing was handled promptly, professionally, and with true customer service . That’s a value that doesn’t show up on the invoice but to me is priceless . This was a relatively small job but I always felt I was thier most important customer . The city I live in threw up road block after road block in the permitting process none of which was All in One pavers doing . Kimberly was fantastic, she handeled the revolving city paper circus like the pro she is. All this was accomplished long distance !!! as I reside in a different state. The new driveway looks fantastic the workmanship was outstanding and the only evidence left after the job was completed is the great new driveway and my neighbors asking about it. I tell them “ call All-in- One pavers , they do good work and are competitively priced” I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks to the entire All in One pavers team.

Excellent! We used a french pattern shell-stone for the patio and 6" x 12" for the walkways. The guys installing were meticulous in leveling, laying the pattern, making certain that coloring flowed smoothly, and cutting and installing coping around a free form spa. Every cut was custom and hand done around the spa. They worked efficiently, on weekend full days, and got the job done and cleaned up in less time than expected. The quality of the stone is beautiful and the price was fair!

Despite some equipment problems, these guys did a great job on my paver driveway and I am very pleased how it turned out. The workers even kept going in the pouring rain!

Well when I called, they wanted to come out that day, I could not as I was at work when I called them. They were going to call back. One week later nothing, so I called them again, they told me they were busy moving to a new location and did not have time to get to the appointment. I scheduled an appointment for the following week and they came to measure. The women who came was very nice. She said they would email a estimate, one week later nothing. I called and got a man in the office, who again said they were moving locations and we very busy. He would see were my estimates was, a couple days later I get a estimate - but it is not for what I wanted, so again I call, and let them know. About 4 or 5 days later someone calls and said - Oh that's right you wanted such and such, we will re-do it and send to you. It has now been 10 days since then and nothing. So I have moved on to the others who did show. I know this may not hinder someone else, but if I can't communicate now, I most certainly am not giving them 50% up front (for ordering pavers) and then hope they follow through with the delivery. It will take 6 months to get the job done. If you need to move, maybe you ought to close up shop for a few weeks, frickin move then get back to business as usual, lame excuse and poor way to do business.

Fine, they had pavers that matched my driveway.

Outstanding job! Top quality work and the hardest workers around. The lead installer was a true perfectionist and made sure all details were completed no matter how small.

Never showed and when I called they gave a non response other then they would call who was suppose to come

Installers were prompt, courteous and professional. Office staff remained in constant communication throughout the process.

This went well except for one hiccup regarding number of pavers ordered due to a clerical error. However, All-in-One folks tried to compensate for that as quickly as possible. Our drive is so beautiful now that many members of our neighborhood have complimented it. I think one reason is that we had the ability to select just the right paver color and design for our house. We were able to do that because the "showroom" for pavers at All-in-One is outside with many colors and designs from which to choose. Stephanie (owner) and her Mom and all the folks in the office will help but are never pushy. A phone call to Kimberly (office) will result in any question being cheerfully answered. The price we paid was much less than we believed would have been the cost.

No one ever called us back, there certainly was a lack of customer service, however we finally ended up going to the store directly and were able to order in person with someone right away.

So far it's been great, but they haven't done the work yet. The corresponding has been great. They're very good in getting back with me. The price is quite fair. I would use them again if their work turns out as good as their professionalism. We have a contract with them. I would refer family and friends to them.

It went excellent. We were very pleased. They came out and installed everything. They cleaned up afterwards and we were very pleased We would absolutely recommend them to everyone. It was a wonderful job they did.

These people were great to work with. They are hard working, experienced, proud of what they do, and provided excellent results. The only difficulty was communication. The field crew is mostly of Carribean descent and speak broken English. However, trying to communicate was even fun at times. I would not hesitate to hire All In One Pavers for future projects and I highly recommend them. You just need a little patience and creativity on the job site when problems come up.

I am extremely pleased with the travertine pool patio that All in One Pavers installed! Stephanie and her team were easy to work with, and their attention to detail was impressive! In particular, I was happy to see the precision fit around our oddly-shaped pool, as well as the minimal waste of an expensive material! They were able to start our job two days early, and even worked til dark each day to ensure the job was done quickly! They returned to make a correction to one of the edges, and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the overall job. They were professional, meticulous, reliable, and responsive. I would definitely recommend All In One Pavers and would not hesitate to hire them again!

Got off to a shaky start when the installers arrived an hour late. However, after that everything went extremely well. The patio was laid very quickly, and efficiently. I could see that the job was being done extremely well. I have a friend who did this work in my old hometown up in CT so I have some knowledge of what constitutes a good job. I watched as the work was performed and saw that an excellent base was laid and the bricks were installed properly. The sitting wall was very creatively designed. I am extremely pleased with the finished product. I look out of my sliding glass doors and smile whenever I see my new patio. I can't wait to buy furniture and start entertaining guests outside.

From start to finish, All in One helped us through the selection process a1nd the installers did a GREAT job! When they left here, the entire area was swept clean, and our project, profesionally done, beautified the front of our home!

Very nice job. Hard working crew. They were very responsive to any requests, and always asked if unsure about something. These guys knew what they were doing. They identified things I didn't see, and had suggestions on how to proceed.

All in One Pavers couldn't have been nicer nor could they have done a better job. They came quickly to give me an estimate. Worked with me on picking the right pavers for my property. Came when they said. Old driveway and walkway were removed and the new ones were installed in one day. Workers were nice, competent and very hard working. We are very happy and will continue to use and recommend All In One Pavers.

Excellent work. Done right the first time.

The work was started on the given date and the crews worked hard removing existing concrete driveway, installing a culvert and 1500 sq ft of pavers in 4 days. There was no damage to sprinklers or electrical lines some of which were just under the old driveway. Installed pavers look great.

All in One did a great job. They performed the work ahead of schedule, lowest price of 4 estimates and the quality was excellent. Look forward to future business wit them.
