Would like to thank All Florida Exteriors, Inc. for transforming our house from a home to a forever home.  The siding looks amazing used Hardie Board/Board and Batten, and the crew before siding was put on made sure that all the dry rot was gone, ensured everything was dry before they wrapped the whole house. We are thankful that they caught all the dry rot because it was a lot more than we ever expected  When I first started to talk with Jim about the project I could not picture how excellent this would look. Dave came by the house and explained about the awesome paint they used, TEX  COTE which is a high-performance cool wall heat-reflective wall coating system which enhance the beauty and durability of our home, we will be retired before we will have to paint our house again. A massive thank to the Crew, LUCAS (siding master) FERNANDO, MATTHEWS, LOUIE (paint masters)Your attention to detail and commitment to quality have given us peace of mind. Thanks again JIM and Dave.

They did great work except when it came to unacceptable issues. I called the rep 3 times with no results, called the company and still no results. I need them to fix the few issues and get the dumpster out of my driveway. It has been sitting in my driveway for at least 3 weeks past what they considered done. When the bank called to release the payment, I informed them that the painting portion was complete and the siding was (according to the contractor) expected to be complete that day. that was on Nov. 14th and it is now Dec 4th and only one issue has been fixed. They have their money and now silence and still the dumpster is in my driveway. A $35K job and not happy with them. What they did do was great, finishing portion stinks. they got their money and ran.

needed soffit and gutters replaced on the house. did not get updates on the job like we were told, the work was delayed on our job. after they had started, due to them moving onto another job. if anyone uses this company be sure to go over your job details closely to be sure everything you want is included. customer service was slow and does not make you feel prioritized. did not return phone calls when they said they would.

I can't say enough about this company!! From Dave the Owner to Dave the installer they went above and beyond! The job is beautiful and Dave treated as his own! Dave was a professional and perfectionist! This company is to be used and trusted! I recommend them to all!!!!!

Took a few months to get the materials in but they did a great job.

The Salesman Rene (Ron) was excellent and easy to come to an agreement with. Our insurance was lapsing due to the poor condition of our wood panel siding. We decided to take the huge financial burden and replace with vinyl thinking of the future. I was promised it would be done before the insurance lapsed which was 25 days from the contract signing. The insurance company THEN extended another 25 days. This goal was not met. I understood that the insurance company were dropping hundreds of customers at one time thus putting the burden on the contractors. This is just a review to let others know that 2 months minimum is the installation time regardless of what is promised. Dave Crane the owner is an excellent person and even contacted my insurance representative to try and clear things up. I will update with installation review in about 45 days.

THEY REPLACED ALL MY SOFFIT AND FASCIA AND INSTALLED GUTTERS. FROM START TO FINISH THEY WERE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH! JIM GOGGINS WAS THE SALES REP. HE WAS FRIENDLY, PROFFESIONAL AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDEABLE! THE OWNER DAVE ALWAYS ANSWERED MY CALLS. HE KEPT ME INFORMED OF EVERY STEP. HE WAS PERSONABLE AND ACCOMADATING. THE CREWS WERE EXCEPTIONAL. THEY WERE FAST AND VERY CLEAN. I AM SO HAPPY! MY HOUSE LOOKS LIKE A MILLION BUCKS! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ALL FLORIDA EXTERIORS!

Hired this company to come out and re-side my house. They were supposed to remove all exterior wood rot and place new vinyl siding on. The job was completed in November but I have noticed poor craftsmanship since completion. The siding has come off, the window trim is unsecure, and a lot of edges are loose and not connected. I have called them numerous times, per their install manager, they were supposed to come out TWICE to fix these issues. No show, No call. Now when calling back I get oh he is not in, we have other installs going on, will have him call you. I cannot recommend this place and urge others to stay away.

On time and cleaned up afterwards daily.

We replaced our T-111 with fiber cement siding. Soffits replaced as well. They were fastand real pros. The work is obviusly well done, Install and paint crew were excellent. Clean up every day. David Crane is a great communicator and his pricing is fair. The house looks terrific. Do yourself a favor and put yourself in this companies hands, If there are problems they take care of them promplty. Highly recommend.

I had a rather substantial lap siding job done. Taken down to studs and put up new plywood and Hardie siding. All work including soffits, painting, and new doors was excellent. Fast, professional, on time, and cleaned the area thoroughly daily. I am very hard to please, and I was extremely happy. Additionally, great communication throughout.

I hired them to do siding on my home I reviewed different locations of their work and their work is excellent! Before I could get them to do my home I had some serious health issues in my family and I had to cancel the job for now. I will tell you they were very compassionate to my situation very understanding and gave me a refund of my deposit! I will tell you in short if you do not hire this company you are not getting the best siding company in Florida because that is who they are the best siding company in Florida!

Dave was very professional. He came out to my house informed me of the pros and cons of different siding. He was upfront about supplies, and when they arrived at my house, they didn't play. He sent his crew in they did the job in what I thought was record time, and it looks great. Thank you Dave and your crew!

I highly recommend this company if you need new siding. Joseph the sales associate was professional and knowledgeable about the products. Matthews's crew did an amazing job installing the siding and the gutters. Dave was professional, helpful, and came to the job site to verify the job was done correctly. My husband and I are very happy with the way our house looks. The house looks brand new. I can not say enough how amazing our experience was with this company and how pleased we are with the results. I highly recommend this company I don't believe you will be disappointed.

I have a rental property in St. Augustine that was in rough shape. My husband is a recently disabled veteran with a TBI, this is one of my first projects without his help. Dave gave me an estimate and explained the process start to finish in the way that I could fully understand. He was patient and answered all of my many questions. They installed siding and gutters on the home, it turned out beautifully. The house is unrecognizable, my tenants had a friend who had been there many times pass it right by. The house looks so good I am going to be able to raise the rent! Dave also took the time to explain the benefit of adding gutters to the home, we were in danger of having foundation issues. Installing gutters based on his advice will save me money in the long run. My only advice is to talk to the workers about not disconnecting your internet.

Quality of work is good. They contacted me right away. The pros were friendly and professional.
