+ -1 moreThey seemed to be in a hurry and not paying attention when I described the problem of the oven not heating to correct temperature. They set the temperature on the oven and it began to heat and they said it was fixed but did not stay long enough to verify that it heated to the proper temperature. I called the next day and spoke to a person at the company and they said I will have my son call you later. He never called back.
Description of Work: Upper oven of range would not heat to set temperature and then locked during cleaning cycle and would not unlock. Oven was unlocked as requested but the other problem was not corrected.

+ -1 moreOriginally called in on Thursday morning to identify that the A/C wasn't cooling, but Al didn't return calls until Friday morning. Al came to the house on Friday and checked out the A/C unit. He promised to return on Monday to perform the repairs. He was a no-call/no-show on Tuesday and Wednesday, so we're going to give the work to someone else.
Description of Work: Troubleshoot A/C that was not blowing cold, and replace the compressor.

+ -1 moreAl the owner was the one whom came to our home. He was very personable and explained in detail how both units failed. He was very careful to my home when servicing my washer and dryer. He went beyond the repair on my dryer and actually took it apart and vacuumed all the lint out and cleaned it thoroughly. I was expecting a large bill to have both repaired but he was so reasonable and the price was incredibly fair for the work he did. I was pleasantly pleased all around with his personality and courtesy, and professionalism. But most of all the price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know and look forward to calling him in the future for all my major appliance needs.
Description of Work: Called Al Cheapos to repair my washer and dryer. He gave me a 2 hour window which he arrived as promised. Also called me when he was on his way. He replaced a drive coupling in my washer and replaced a high limit thermostat in my dryer. He is very knowledgeable and wasted no time getting to his task. After the work was done he check both units thoroughly and made sure I saw that everything was working well.
