Dustin called before his arrival. This was Air Care Systems first visit to my home and Dustin performed a system maintenance/check which revealed a slow leak caused by a defective schrader valve. He replaced it and filled the system with refrigerant. I also asked him to install a digital thermostat that I purchased. He showed me how it operated after he performed the initial setup which was very helpful. I appreciated the use of the boot covers he wore in my home. I wish more companies would do that. Dustin was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I believe I have a new air conditioning company in my Contacts List!

Arrived on time and completed the work to my satisfaction. This is a great company to do business with, whether you need service or are looking to purchase a new unit.

Showed up on time provided step by step details on what he was doing. Wore shoe covers while inside cleaned outside unit, checked components. Found Freon was low added Freon. Tested completed and system cleaned up.

Very professional, arrived promptly, technician even put on rubber "booties" to protect my floors! He thoroughly cleaned and tested the system. I have used Air-Care in the past for service and highly recommend them.

We have been customers of Air Care System for more than a decade--possibly even two decades. We are loyal to them because they have always responded to our air conditioning issues very quickly. Their workers are always polite and friendly. Their practices respect property (e.g. they always wear paper foot covers so they don't track dirt through the house). We purchased a new Trane system for our home along with a maintenance agreement. Every 6 months we receive a postcard from Air Care reminding us to schedule the appointment and they come out and clean the filters, flush out the systems and ensure the longevity of our units. I was even able to schedule the appointment online. Dustin spent over two hours thoroughly checking our system. There just isn't any other company we would turn to for our air conditioning needs than Air Care.

Excellent service and response. I call Extreme at 9:00 AM and serviceman was at my house at 1:15 the same day. Everything was completed by 3:00. I was credited with the 1/2 off Angie's list coupon for the service call and was given a discount on component procing.

From day one, I was impressed with everyone from Air Care that came to our home to help us to decide on a AC unit, and the crew that installed and serviced our Nutone IQ Drive. We own the residential home that is the first home in the state of Florida to have this brand new state of the art Nutone IQ Drive installed. If you're in the market and you don't know anything about the IQ Drive, you definitely want to take the time and talk to someone about it, or Google it. I'm very glad I did. The old outside unit and very old air handler and natural gas heater in the garage were removed and replaced with the IQ Drive 21 SEER, 3 ton heat pump air conditioning system. The owners of Air Care showed up, along with a Nutone Rep to make sure the unit was on line and running smoothly. We've owned this unit now for nearly 2 years and have to tell you that we love it! Recently we started having a problem with the air handler coils icing up and Air Care was on top of it from the moment we called them. During that time of troubleshooting and repair they replaced circuit boards, temp sensors and even replaced the thermostat with a new one that has updated software. Who would do that these days? Air Care even called me a few days after the repair to make sure the unit was still working fine. Air Care has since contacted Nutone and requested that they extend my labor warranty to match my 10 year parts warranty, which they did because of the problem our unit had experienced. Bottom line, my unit is working flawlessly, and my electric bill during the summer rarely exceeds $100, and is much less during the winter. Air Care has taken good care of not only the unit we purchased from them, but of us as well. These are quality people with quality merchandise and you cannot go wrong in dealing with these folks.

They are wonderful, I cannot say enough about them. I like their demeanor, and the way they handled themselves business wise. They had the booty, when they came in there. I told them they didn't have to put that in there. They were very considerate to the customers. They explained everything how it is going to work. They even came back and checked after everything was done. I have never dealt with people that treat their customers that well. They were so good.

We have maintenance argument to check our A/C system 2*years.

My husband and I were greatly impressed from our very first personal meeting with the owner, Mr. Joe Powers, and his wife, Ann. We were provided several proposals specific to our particular requirements, based on our initial inquiry. All our questions were answered then and there, we went over multitudes of options and decided on an installation date in October. Between our first meeting and installation, Ann Powers was very responsive to email questions with regard to the timeline as we proceeded to the installation date, keeping us informed as to what was required of us. A meeting was scheduled to sign the contract; again, we met with Mr. Powers, signed the paperwork and scheduled the installation date. Mr. Powers performed a personal walk-thru after installation of the unit and provided us with a file folder that was neatly organized, contained copies of all the documents we signed, and included all the rebate forms that pertained to our purchase completely filled out, as well as the warranty documents.

They did a good job. They were very responsive. The owner came by himself to make sure everything was going smoothly. Their public relations were great.
