This company is run very professionally and we have grown to befriend the techs that come out for our annual service checks, problems, and the new installation of our air conditioner. They are very reputable, supportive, and I would highly recommend their services to any friends/neighbors. Because we live in a condo with a very small wall space for a new A/C, they diligently cut a bigger space and decided the smallest and best unit that would work for our condo. Joey and Ann Powers (owners), Drew, Dustin, and Chris, have been instrumental in offering us the best service possible. Another longtime friend of mine also utilizes their services and is overly satisfied with the results.

Made the appointment the week prior. My heat pump was on its last legs. I needed a replacement and wanted to be sure it was sized properly for my home and that airflow issues would be addressed during installation. Joey Powers (owner) arrrived as scheduled with his young "helper". He spent 3-4 hours surveying and measuring the home, doing blower door tests, infrared photography, and completing Manual J computations on the laptop. We discussed several equipment options and I decided I wanted a quote on the 3-ton Broan iQ Drive with a variable speed inverter driven compressor. He had offered the iQ Drive as the best choice for my home and I was excited to find out how much it would cost. I was hoping to move forward with installation if it was affordable. He left promising to send me a quote via email in a day or two. A couple of days later I received an email from his wife saying they were "declining" the opportunity to quote the job for me "due to prior commitments". I couldn't imagine them being that busy, but my response was cordial. I did ask for a copy of the load calcuations they prepared for my home, so the time I spent with this dealer wouldn't have been a total waste. She refused, indicating that data was only for their office use. So... I did not receive the information and estimates as promised by their website advertisement. It was a total waste of my time! Taking them at their word that they were "too busy", I requested a referral to any other iQ Drive dealer in the area who might be able to help me. I received no response. To say I was disappointed in this company is an understatement! However, as it turns out, I was probably better off having them refuse to serve me. When my heat pump finally bit the dust 2 months later, I had a competitor install a 3-ton Carrier Greenspeed variable speed inverter driven heat pump. I am pleased as punch with this top-of-the line system and am confident I paid a fair price for a quality installation, which included correcting my airflow issues!

two capaciters cost about $30 each they charge me $170 to change them - $140 for labor -too much money - said my coils were rusted start thinking about a new unit - said new unit is about $5000- no way for 1000 sq ft - dont go for their prices - i did this time but not again -try to DIY and check prices first - changed the T STAT myself for $20

They did a good job. The man was very polite and explained everything to us. The unit is working great and we were happy with the service.

They had good equipment and technology. They were also nice and professional people. I did not end up going forward with them because they were too expensive.

We had used two separate companies and we liked them best. They went above and beyond to help get the warranty extended on the part. They were really nice and did a lot of research for us. They did a really good. We also recommended them to my daughter.

He always did a very good job. He would do exactly what he said he was going to do at the price quoted.

Air Care was scheduled to arrive between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. They arrived within the time scheduled. Completed the maintenance and left the equipment and area surrounding in a clean neat fashion. The maintenance person was very friendly and explain any questions asked. I highly recommend Air Care.

Chris was an EXCELLENT technician and I want him to be the tech that shows at the next service call. VERY high quality technician. Clean, friendly, prompt, courteous ? everything you want in professionals. He did and incredibly extensive review and write up and them walking me through every component and it?s ?health?. It?s a quirky system with all the units not working in concert (heat pump compressor, regular A/C unit coil, and thermostat than can?t control both). Was incredibly patient as I had another contractor there troubleshooting a well pump and that demanded most of my attention. We have never been able to find consistent, reliable, honest service from any company so have constantly changed service providers. Now, we finally have a great company to call. I am incredibly pleased with them and so thankful I found them on Angie?s list. Wow, what a difference between contractors!

Their service was fine. They cleaned the system and made sure everything was okay.

This was the most complete installation job I have ever had done. The 2 installers were neat, in uniform, and very professional. They cleaned up all the left over construction materials. Air Care Systems can be very proud to have these gentlemen representing them.

The older a/c unit was maintained and repaired for years until it finally died. The new a/c unit replacement works well. The installation was professional. I recommend this company. They are responsive to calls for help when the older unit broke down (several times).

We have been customers of Air Care Systems for at least 2 decades. They have always responded to our calls and stay with it until all problems have been resolved. This last call was no different. We received an error code on our A/C panel. Dustin came out and searched our units for hours to determine why we got an error code before he discovered the board that needed to be replaced. Because we have a service contract with them, while he was here he cleaned the filters and performed all the steps necessary for the usual 6 months maintenance agreement. He ordered the part that needed replacing and came back the following Tuesday and finished the work. It is so rare to get that kind of customer service these days.

6/21/2012 Chris was here to check the unit. Discovered we had a leak in the accumulator. He called the office for a price of a new one, explained the liquid to charge it with and set a date to come repair. Very professional

Very professional, were show covers in house, leveled all equipment, covered line sets outside, did complete AC and heat check while running, explained warranty and one year no charge maintenance program.

They come out twice a year to service the equipment. They send me a post card to tell me I'm due for service. They're always on time and they do a good job.

They did all the work in one day, as agreed. Very pleasant crew that answered all my questions. They left the job sites very clean.

The installation went without delay or any little troubles that seem to crop up on an installation of this scope. Couldn't be more pleased.

The two technicians did an excellent job.

I called them after seeing one of their fliers and he was prompt and on time. They got all the work done in one day and he had all the parts that were needed. I didn't get any other estimate and don't know about the price. The quality of their work was good and I don't have any problems.
