Advanced Aluminum has been in business since 1983. We are a small business with only 7 employees. Bill Johns, owner, is very quality oriented and hands-on individual. He knows every aspects of the job from start to finish. We use stainless steel fasteners on all of our enclosures and we take pride in our work.

Mr. [Member Name Removed], In response to your estimate, Ron Cody, our salesperson, did come out and discuss in detail with you regarding installing aluminum framing and windows in your existing aluminum roof area. He explained that there was a window in the way on your house wall and we could not install our aluminum framing into a window area. Also, it was our understanding that the aluminum roof did not have any pitch on it and you were concerned about that and was going to further investigate this with the company who installed it. The estimates you requested were as follows: Aluminum framing with glass windows and 2 doors = $22,902 Aluminum framing with acrylic windows and 2 doors = $19,822 Screen in front entryway = $1,500 If you have any questions, please feel free to call us anytime at 639-1451. Sent a rep. over to measure area and show sample of differing grades of screen. Gave cost estimate at that time. Made appointment at that time for installation. Workers arrived on time, completed the job in approx. 4 hours. Did a professioal job and clean up.
Description of Work: Installed a small screen enclosure on front entrance to house. Since front of house faces west had sun block screen installed. Also picked a fancier entrance screen door at no additional cost.

We initially got estimates from three different contractors for the project. While the other contractors either a) simply priced out exactly what we told them, or b) came back with a design that didn't match at all what we asked for, Advanced Aluminum gave us some really good creative suggestions as to what we could do, and also gave the best estimate overall. They also seemed to use the best quality products, i.e. stainless steel screws, and have been in the business a long time. Once we gave the go ahead to get the project going, it went relatively smoothly. The office assistant stayed in touch with my wife regularly to keep her up-to-speed on the various steps involved (permits, irrigation routing, cement laying, etc.). The finished product is outstanding, very sturdy and well put together, and aesthetically pleasing. They did it exactly how we wanted. The one negative aspect was that they did not immediately clean up the patio (cement dust, mud and cement in the grass) when it was completed. We did call about it and they came out the next day no problem to clean up everything like we wanted, but it would have been nice if that had been done without us needing to call.
Description of Work: We had our patio expanded and screened in. This included taking a covered patio of about 100 sq. ft. and adding another 300 to 400 sq. ft. of cement, and then screening almost all of it. The screen also included two screen doors.

I was pleased with the scheduling, the representative's assessment, the professional workmanship and the cost of the service.
Description of Work: A number of screen porch screen panels needed to be replaced on my recently purchased home. A representative came and assessed the required work and several days later a crew arrived to replace the screens. The replacement screens were installed quickly and were of excellent quality.

A little slower than we would have liked maybe 5 weeks start to finish including permit time, but otherwise very well. It looks good and the quality seems good. Wagners did a very good good job, finished quickly and came back a few weeks later to repair loose and cracked pavers.
Description of Work: Installed a Mansard style screen room about 10-13 feet tall, 12 x 24 feet in dimension with 2 doors. Removed old screen that was flush with the house. They subcontracted to Wagner's Pavers to install pavers over existing concrete lanai and extend it by about 100 sq feet. That was about half of the total cost.

They gave me an estimate right away and it was fine. Once they got the estimate from the concrete guy, they gave me the full estimate and it was all within 24 hours. They seemed pretty knowledgeable about the project and they came out right away and were on time.

The work went very well. John and Paula (the owners) talked to us about our needs, came out to see the site and made recommendations. They got all necessary permits, and the workers fabricated all pieces at their plant and came out and put the porch together. Actual construction of the porch took only one day. We are very happy with this addition to our home. It was very professionally done.
