I saw her good rating on Angie's list and called. Told her I wasn't sure what type of residence I wanted to buy, but did have some parameters, which I gave her. She tried two different dates, neither of which I could make, then I basically never heard from her again.

She continually presented me with new options to consider. We quickly found my new home and she walked me through every step of the home buying process. She was a tiger when it came to advocating for me to make sure that all deadlines were met and closing would happen on time. From our very first meeting, Susan related to me like a sister and I always trusted that she was treating me as she would treat one of her own beloved family members. It was such a comfort to work with someone who truly had my best interests in mind. I'm almost sad to have found my dream home as it means that our fun times together looking at houses must come to an end.
