I reached out to Stacey for a construction clean up after a residential renovation project. I do not live in the area so She actually walked through the property without me (the property was vacant so there was no rush or any opportunity to hide anything). She gave me a price for the construction clean up and said she needed to have extra people help her which would cost a little extra. I told her I would get some other quotes And she proceeded to tell me how I would likely find lesser quotes however other people do not do as great as a job as she does and insisted that she would end up being called to come back and clean up behind other cleaning companies. I went ahead and got other quotes and still came back to Stacy and hired her paying her higher price. Long story short, I drove up from out of town the next day to bring some furniture to the property and the floor had not been mopped, there was still food in the microwave the refrigerator and the oven, there were wood shavings under the cabinets, the toilets were gross, the window seals have not been touched, the windows had stickers on them from the previous owner, and on and on . I sent her pictures and videos, she said that I was & nit picking and she said that she would come out and fix the items however never showed up. I ended up cleaning the entire house myself after paying her all that money. She basically took advantage of the fact that she knew I lived out of town and thought that I was not going to drive up to check to make sure the house is cleaned.

We hired Stacey on a constant basis to help us with our Airbnb turnovers and we couldnâ t be happier of the service she provides. She leaves our place spotless every time. Highly recommend her

Stacey was referred to us for a "move-out inspection". She did the most amazing job! Trying hard to get our deposit back and it's always a challenge to meet the quality of what the inspector wants. I believe the house was cleaner than when we moved in. AND we got 100% deposit back. Stacey did a great job, was professional throughout the entire process and even left me a sunflower patter with the vacuum. I have already recommended her to neighbors seeking the same service. I have known Stacey for over a year now. She was hired to manage an airbnb property in downtown Cocoa Beach (Here is the listing: https://abnb.me/bH1OFqpxwmb). We purchased the property in March and Stacey coordinated all contractors, purchases and payments to update the unit and get it ready to be listed which occurred in August. She chose the theme for the apartment and staged it for listing pictures. She has continued to interact with guests on our behalf via the app as well as cleaning between guests. Stacey has the professionalism and know-how to deal with contractors and ensure quality work. She was on top of each of our vendors and inspected all work thoroughly. She would update us weekly on the progress and all we had to do was sign the checks. She was able to handle big picture tasks but also would touch up paint jobs, take out trash that was missed, and go the extra mile for us. This is our first airbnb property and Stacey has been amazing. We have all 5 star reviews and we are consistently booked. Once we invest in a new property, we will definitely be using her services again. Personally, Stacey is a ray of sunshine and one of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of working with. She knows her craft and industry and provides first rate services. She is well connected in the community and has proven to be an asset. She is easy to work with and a great communicator. She goes above and beyond and really pays attention to the details like putting out Christmas wreath for guests in December. I highly recommend her for managing any rental properties especially airbnbs.
