+ 0 moreThe second visit was the one where estimate was inflated to almost double what I had been told in the first visit. I considered it overnight and then called and cancelled service. I was assured by owner that I would receive refund of deposit in a timely manner. I did have to pursue this by several calls to the company and then to Angie's List for complaint process. This was handled to my satisfaction when the owner's wife sent a money order to me for full amount of deposit. Thanks so much.
Description of Work: No work was performed. I had two visits from the company and two different estimates on the job I wanted done.

+ -1 moreWe are very satisfied with the cost and the efficiency of installation. It only took less than two hours to complete.
Description of Work: Installed 2 new skylights as replacements for plastic skylights that were installed by the builder. Cost was competitive. The old skylights were noisy during heavy rains and were starting to vibrate in high winds. The new skylights are made of tempered glass, and we hear very little even when rain is heavy.

+ -1 moreThey are tight and they balance them so that the sun comes in no matter where the sun is. There is no condensation. You can get clear or fogged and I chose fogged so there wouldn?t be a glare. They also do solar panels. The owner comes to the house to meet with you before the worker comes out. He?s a very nice older man. There are no hidden fees, they tell you everything up front.
Description of Work: They put skylights in my house and condo.
