Description of Work: We live out of state and were in the market for a home in Brevard County. We engaged Sandy Davis of Prudential Star to be our Buyers Broker. We worked with Sandy on and off for about a year and found her to be an excellent resource. Sandy is a pro and she knows the market very well. She was very responsive and patient with us first-time buyers. She truly went above and beyond what we expected. We closed on our property in April 2012 and Sandy continues to be invaluable to us. She's provided several referrals for contactors and we have been thrilled with each of them.

+ -1 moreFrom the first contact through closing, Ms. Loraine Cheney provided the absolute best real estate experience you could imagine. She remained in close contact throughout the process, guided us through closing while on vacation out west, followed up to make sure everything went as planned. In addition, she remains in touch post closing to ensure that we are doing well with the purchase. You could not ask for or expect better representation in a real estate transaction than what we experienced with Ms. Loraine Cheney.
Description of Work: We were searching for a real estate agent to help us research and purchase a foreclosure in FL. After several "false starts" with agents that didn't follow up, we connected with Ms. Cheney. From that point out, our experience was a PLEASURE!
