They are very reliable. When they come out and do a service and you found a bug, they come the next day without charge to make sure that those bugs do not bug you anymore.
Description of Work: They have been taking care of the bugs and pests for us for around 5 years now.

fideThere was another company we were going to go through, but we did not want to tent the property, and that was all the other company offered. Also, the prices with Pest Prescription was better than the other company would have been. I would recommend this company to anyone that would like to get a termite inspection on their home. Thank you, Chris Mackewicz, for the $85 termite inspection, and also $450 for the treatment to get rid of them. There are no more termites at the home, and there was no damages done while they were inside. Also, thank you for the bond for a year, so we will continue to be protected.
Description of Work: Fumigation treatment for drywall termites, and bonded for a year, and it comes with ability to renew the bond, and protects us against drywall termites returning. If there are any more, it protects all property and repairs any damages, and prevents them from returning for as long as we have the bond.

Chris Mackiewicz came out to do my pest inspection within 2 days of calling him. He was running ahead of schedule and was courteous enough to call several hours ahead of time to make sure it was OK if he showed up a half hour early. He was so very thorough and professional throughout the inspection process and explained everything to me in great detail. He found the tiniest evidence of the possible presence of a certain pest and explained all my options. He made suggestions to avoid future problems. All in all, it was a great experience and for a great price compared to other companies I'd called.
