+ -1 moreThey were very responsive and were able to start on-time (before the movers arrived) despite relatively short notice. in one room where the colors we picked did not work out as we expected, Steve repainted the areas at no additional cost (to include paint). Paint and materials used were high quality and after six months in the home, we have no complaints. Very friendly and I felt secure leaving them a key and access to the house and property while I was away.
Description of Work: We hired Steve to completely paint out a home purchase.

+ 29 moreMy experience went great i had new kitchen cabinets installed new counter tops, I had the interior of the home painted some molding replaced some electrical work done. I had stucco replaced on the rear of the home, and a ton of yard work done
Description of Work: I recently purchased a home in palm bay, it was a foreclosure that i got for a great price. Along with the great price i also took on a lot of remodeling work. This is my first home and i don't know much about fixing up a newer home, I had to replace the outside air handler, drywall through out the home kitchen cabinets, all of the kitchen appliances. Lighting in and outside of the home, stucco that had to be repaired and lots and lots of yard work. I contacted three contractors here in brevard county, the first company i called made an appointment with me for 9 am the next day. They didn't show up till 1 pm, and never called to let me know they would be late. The second came to my house and shot me a low quote but i had to pass due to the appearance and demeanor of these men. I got the number for MacDonald Contracting from a friend of mine that lives in Cocoa Beach who spoke very highly of this company. They came out went through the house with me heard all of my concerns and gave me a estimate i was very happy and excited to get the work started. These men were very professional and extremely polite and the work that they did was OUTSTANDING !!!! They were fast and clean, they were never late. I am very very happy with the work that they did on my new home i will call them again and i felt i had to share my experience with others, its hard to find contractors around this area that are professional, courteous and actually want to work.
