I use them every six months. I've been using them for years and they're great. They've done lots of stuff. They do my routine maintenance, they put all new air conditioning units in, both sides of my house. For routine maintenance one comes out, for installations it's usually two. Very clean, they tidy up after themselves. They're just real experts. They come in, they analyze what your needs are. Talk to you about your options. Their prices are not cheap but they're fair. And, they do what they say they're going to do.

Service was prompt and the technician was knowledgeable and wonderful

We actually have a maintenance program with them. They're very good. The price was included in our maintenance contract. One person came, worked for about an hour, and cleaned up the work area.

I had an excellent experience with them. The first time I used them, they found a problem that another carrier missed. Since then, I have had no issues with my unit.

They were prompt, knowlegeable, and were very reasonable from a price standpoint.

Once again Mike Kabran?s team did an excellent installation, this time of a new Wi-Fi thermostat. Rob led the project, and discovered that this old house had control wiring that was inadequate for the upgrade. Rob then ran all new wiring up through the attic, in the heat of the day, without a single complaint for the conditions he faced. Once the unit was installed, he set it up on the manufactures web site, adjusted it for initial operation and then handed control over to me. Kabran was one we had a lot of problems with. They were here May 24th of 2014. We had them for a long long time but they did a lot of bad things.

I am at a loss to sufficiently express my appreciation to Kabran Air-Conditioning and Heating for the work accomplished. My home was built in 1983 and the ductwork for central air had outlived its usefulness and was in rapid decline. The Kabran team of Erik, Garett and Alek came in and tore out the old ductwork, fittings and registers and replaced them with new runs and hardware, which included an additional return line at the far end of the house. I was impressed with how well they all worked together, each helping the other and professional in every aspect. Additionally, the old A/C units both outside and inside were replaced with more efficient Carrier units, that provide just the right match for a stable system. Post installation, Rob as a service technician did a follow-up call, inspected the active components, made a few adjustments and with a digital anemometer balanced every outlet for maximum efficiency. As a Cool Club member you also receive (2) Tune-up inspections each year, priority service, and discounts on parts. Mike Kabran can be proud of the organization he runs. It just does not get any better than this!

They convinced my senile father to buy a brand new air conditioner because he didn't know how to operate the thermostat. Then they tried to charge over $400 for a "cleaning" of the cooling fins, I checked them myself and they were perfectly clean (it was a brand new a/c unit after all.) Apparently they changed ownership recently and the new owners are not good people.

Rod came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. He was explained all my options and answered all my questions. He also filled the failing unit with Freon so I could have air conditioning until the next day. Ben and Jeff were here the next day at the agreed to time and started work immediately. All three were dressed and conducted themselves in a vey professional but friendly manner. Ben and Jeff did a great job cleaning up and they knew their stuff. The work was finished in one day and I could not be more pleased. I also need to add it was a very hot day. If you don't hire these people you are out of your mind. Never have I experienced such expeditious, caring and professional service. These guys are just great.

Service could not have been better. The Technician was clearly well trained and qualified. He quickly isolated the problem and repaired the system. The initial service request call was made at 8:05 Am and the technician was on-site by 10:30 AM. Price was very reasonable. IThey have a very good reputation locally...some think they charge a bit more than some of the other local contractors...but I feel like I clearly got my money's worth by using them. I will clearly use Kabran A/C for all my a/c and heating needs in the future.

Excellent, came as soon as they could and received my call. Friendly and efficient. My unit is still under warranty and no questions asked, came figured out the problem quickly, ordered the part and fixed the problem in short period of time.

Everything was perfect. They did a good job. They came out when they were supposed to. I remember thinking that I would have called them back and I kept them in mind if I need to call them back. I had no problems with what they did. They were good.

On Thursday the 31st of July I called and told the lady who answered that I had a puddle in the garage and the repair had not been effective. She told me the technician would try to make it but if not it would be Friday, I told her Friday I had a VA appointment, so she told me they would come in Saturday. I said okay, I would be here all day waiting, NO ONE CALLED OR CAME On Monday I called and was told I would get a call from the technician when he was coming, another wasted day, I called back at two and was told the technician was busy but had my number, NO ONE CAME OR CALLED I called at 7AM and got the answering service I gave them all the info and was told that when the office open I would get a call. By 10AM NO ONE HAD CALLED. I called and they did not find anything about my early call but again I was told the technician would be dispatch, by 1:30 PM no one had called or had the DECENCY to let me know what was happening, I called again and was told that the "owner" had a copy of the problem and that the drain would have to be replace (no one had told me anything) I asked the lady that what was I supposed to do wait until I had a pool in the garage, why had no one come over or called.........NO EXPLANATION This company will take your money for the installation of the new AC and anything costing 300+ dollars but if you need them forget professionalism, and service. By the way in 2011 I called them because I had heard positive feed back from 3 individuals and including my cousin UPDATE ON AUGUST 13 2014<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<****************** THE OWNER OF KABRAN CAME ON FRIDAY THE 8TH AND CHECKED THE DEFICIEENCY, HE TOLD ME THAT HE DROPPED THE BALL AND SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME BEFORE. HE CAME WITH ANOTHER KNOWLEDGEABLE TECH WHO FOUND MORE THAN THE LEAK PROBLEM, MANY THINGS HAD BEEN DONE WRONG BEFORE (THE INDIVIDUAL ARE NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY, MR. KABRAN WAS AS GOOD AS HIS WORD. THE TECHNICHIANS ARRIVED ON MONDAY AND BUILD A BRAND NEW BLOWER/PLENUM MOUNT THAT DOES NOT BLOCK THE AIR INTAKE. THER LINES OF FREON, RETURN AND DRAIN WERE STRAIGHTEN OU AND POSITION AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN. THE TECH FOUND THAT THE UNIT HAD JUST BEEN PLACED ON TOP OF THE MOUNT AND NOT SECURED. THE UNIT NOW IS SECURED AND SEALED, MAKING IT ALMOST NOISE LESS AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. FOR EVERY FIXED STEP I WAS TOLD ABOUT IT AND ASKED IF I WAS SATISFIED. THE JOB WAS DONE AS A PROFFESIONAL DOES IT, JUST AS I HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT THE COMPANY I CHANGE THE RATING TO A+ AND RECONMEND THEM FOR AN EXCELLENT JOB.

They show up on time and they do it for the price they quote.

Firstly, both the sales person and the installation technicians were right on time. This is something that my wife and I value highly and being on time seems to be a rarity with a lot of the trades. Not so for Kabran! The sales person was professional and very knowledgable. We had three firms quote prices for this job and decided on Kabran for professionalism and a fair price The technicians arrived right on time and finished the work as planned. Both the technicians were professional and knew their job. The new system is running beautifully.

My 6 year old a/c condenser was out of warranty and needed replacement. For a bit more money, I could also get a new air handler and gas furnace unit that were more efficient and would get me rebates to bring the cost down. Also, these were now warranted for 10 years on parts. I went ahead and had them do everything and was happy with the end result and the service.

excellent job, were punctual, fixed the problem very honest company. Kabran air has taken over our air conditioning problems several years ago from a company who was absoutely awful, we are very pleased with all they have done for us over the years.

The technician diagnosed the problem, and was very knowledgeable, however, one of the first things he said was "i really don't want to climb up into the attic, its going to be 100 degrees up there." I wasn't sure how to take it, it was a little uncomfortable. But in light of the rest of the time he was here working, he might have been kidding..he did go up there, he was at the house almost 3 hours and got all units working well, and made some recommendations for the future. I would recommend this business on their responsiveness, punctuality, and expertise.

Serviced a/c problem, clogged drain, and performed preventative maintenance and instruction.

They installed our whole house generator 7 years ago and take care of it every year. They also do the service on our air conditioner. They are a great service company and I wouldn't use anyone else.

The two Kabran installers did an excellent job of removing my old central air and heat system and installing a new Carrier 3 ton Comfort Series system. They showed up for the appointment despite blowing a tire on their truck on the way to my house. They finished the job sooner than estimated and did an excellent job of cleaning up and hauling away all the old stuff, boxes, etc. They even skipped lunch to make up for the time that the blown tire cost them. The installation looks very professional and the cost of the system was 20% less than what I had expected. I'm very pleased with the price of the system and the installation.
