Description of Work: I bought the inspection for them to come out has our air conditioner was leaking. He ended up telling us to replace the whole unit and we needed to clean our coils. To the tune of close to 3000. We ended up getting a second opinion and found out our coils did not need to be cleaned yet and that we didn't have to replace anything we just needed a repair and it only cost 300 dollars. Our air has worked perfect since. So I will not be using this company again.

In reference to this review. On 11-16-2015 we responded to a service call at [Removed Member Address] The invoice reads as follows: The unit was frozen up. Checked the system and found that a variable speed motor had failed. The evaporator coil needs to be cleaned. Air handler is 16 years old and recommend replacement of the unit. Quoted $2,500.00 to replace with Goodman handler. The invoice charge for this service call was $85.00 to the home owner. **This service call Kabran Air went on was not for an inspection it was because the homeowner had a frozen up unit and needed service and that service call costed the home owner $85.00.

Description of Work: FOR $85 THEY CAME AND FIXED MY AC!! CLEANED OUT THE CONDENSATE LINE AND TOLD US HOW TO KEEP IT FROM GETTING CLOGGED IN THE FUTURE!! EXCELLENT TECHNICIANS. HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST!

Description of Work: Inspection of AC system and cleaning of coils which were very dirty. Service rep. completed a cleaning that went beyond what he was suppose to do and we were very thankful for all he did for us. Would highly recommend them for further service in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced and re-routed 3 units in our home. They worked 12 hour days so that we wouldn't be left with no air conditioning during the hotter months. They helped to add, and re-route vents to improve the air flow and efficiency of the original design. The techs were pleasant, respectful, courteous, did a great job, and called to follow up after the job was completed.

Description of Work: Kabran installed a new AC unit in our condo. As far as I can tell all went well. They have been maintaining our AC unit for almost 20 years and we have always received good service. Their price for a comparable unit was about $500 less than nearest competitor with exact same equipment.
