The owner came out and we talked extensively about what would be involved in the project. He said he would get a quote to me within a day or so. When I hadn't heard anything in a week, I sent him an email to the address on his business card. It was returned. I called him. He apologized, gave me a new email address and said he would have the estimate to me the next day. I never heard from him again.

They did a phenomenal job, and I would recommend them to anyone. With these new windows, we can't even hear the outside noises. They're great storm windows, because they're impact resistant. They were great about getting the job done in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves. Instead of waiting for the end of the job, they actually cleaned up every day during the project, and they made sure our house wasn't open because of the missing windows. They made it a point to say that they take the time to take care of their customers. They even have a storm effect mitigation philosophy; they're very familiar with the storms we deal with here, and they understand how to make the windows secure during those storms.
