We highly recommend Scott and Rue at Atlantic Wallfinish. We recently had new fiberglass front doors installed, and had a very difficult time finding someone who knew how to apply gel stain to make the doors look like wood. We found a few painters who did it, but no one was willing to do it in the next couple of months since it is a small job that must be completed over the course of several days. I found Atlantic Wallfinish here on Angie's List, and Scott responded promptly to my request for information. He provided me a quote for the job and sent me photos of prior gel-staining projects he had completed. Best of all, Scott was willing to complete the project the next week, before Thanksgiving. The project ended up being more complicated than we or Scott expected, and the work actually had to be completed over seven days rather than three as originally anticipated. The finished project was completely worth the wait! Scott was wonderful to deal with - he stayed in contact with us and made sure we were completely satisfied with the project. I was especially impressed to receive his final bill - exactly $400.00 as quoted, even though the project ultimately involved more time and materials than originally anticipated. Atlantic Wallfinish will be at the top of our list the next time we need painting services! Great work, fair prices, and very professional men I felt completely comfortable having in my home.

As others have observed, this is a small, two-man operation. Consequently, patience is required since they are busy and it therefore may take a while to get on their schedule. But it is worth the wait. They are personable, they show up when they say they will, do quality work, and clean up afterwards. We plan to have them pressure wash and paint the exterior of the house when the rainy season abates.

Job was completed in two mornings. Totally delighted with results. So pleased with their professionalism, I am planning on having Altantic Wallfinish paint the entire interior of my home in the next couple of months. They went out of their way to make the experience a very pleasant one for me.

All progressed very well. Scott is very professional and moves quickly to get the job done

Arrived on time(early) and after removing popcorn ceiling area vacuumed the area right away.(with their own vaacuum which helps too.) Then did pre application cover to the area, dryed it and applied the popcorn ceiling product and the next morning finished the job by painting the ceiling area and the shelf. The Atlantic Wallfinish company does a good job and Knows how to paint and improves the look of your home.

My entire experience with Atlantic Wallfinish was fabulous. Our new home had damaged drywall from wallpaper removal. We contacted Scott at Atlantic Wallfinish to get a quote to repair the drywall and add a knockdown texuture. Scott was prompt in returning my phone call and patient with answering all my questions. Scott came to my home and made note of all the areas that needed work, and made excellent suggestions that ended up saving me money! The next day he emailed me a detailed job proposal that included a very reasonable quote. Scott was able to start at the end of the week and finished up the following Monday. He and associate were prompt, professional and courteous. The work was done to my exact specifications and Scott even made a second pass over an area that he felt was not up to his standards. I was very impressed! What was even better was how thorougly they cleaned up before they left! I would definitely hire Atlantic Wallfinish again in the future and would reccommend them to even my pickiest friends and family.
