Top Notch was recommended to me for price and reliability. They have proven very responsive so far. I've talked about the yard several times with the foreman and each time he has appeared interested and willing to go the extra mile to get my lawn nice. They are fast and effective. What I like best is their sincere attention to what my requests are. Also, the price for this property is very good. I'm hoping to get their tree trimming service soon. Also, they do auto debit, which means one less check to write.
Description of Work: Weekly yard care that includes trimming shrubs up to 12 feet high on a fairly complicated, hilly lot.

We used them for 2 years and it was good in the beginning but not so good the last year. These are the reasons why we switched to another company. We have 2 dogs and they left the gate to our yard open twice. Our dogs ran out of the yard both times. While I was caring for my husband after his heart surgery we didnt realize that the automatic irrigation system broke and the lawn wasnt being watered for at least 2 months. We think as landscapers they could have left a note or called or rang the bell to call our attention to it but they didnt. Recently 2 people approached us outside our home and explained that whoever cuts our lawn does not sharpen their blades.
