Description of Work: They replaced a motor for a Rolladen shutter that the company will no longer honor the warranty. They made several attempts to determine the correct size of motor necessary and ultimately determined that the Rolladen company had built the shutters incorrectly. As a result they determined a much larger capacity motor was required to operate the shutters. I have no idea if it is true, but I had no choice since I could not go back to the manufacturer or original installer. While the contractor was nice, they were not responsive, certainly not communicative, and it was a very difficult and frustrating process for me and the tenant in the condo.

Description of Work: Purchased & installed remote controlled hurricane shutters and also replaced all windows in lanai. The windows were a new configuration that 2 other window companies could not or would not do. The windows were Pella, double pane, argon gas filled and vinyl clad. They look beautiful and work the same.
