Jason and crew arrived and were able to clear the line from the clean-out, without pulling the toilet. Big thumbs up.

Jason and Caleb arrived the same day, at the scheduled time. They diagnosed the problem and provided me with an immediate solution. The two bathrooms were seldom used and thus, I simply needed to run water through the unused fixtures for a minute or two every few weeks. They did not charge me for this visit. Did not show up at scheduled time and did not call to cancel appointment. After 45 minutes of me calling - he mentioned that he had an emergency and that he could not make it today. I had made plans to be around at that specific time. I understand the need to be at an emergency, but a call in advance to let me know my appointment was going to be cancelled would have been appropriate

On Tuesday 03/08/2016 I called Jason telling him my toilet was leaking, he told me what the price would be, he said he would come Thursday at 8 am. He arrived at 8am on the dot, he commenced work immediately and he explained what he had to do. Jason was very professional and polite. He completed the job in an hour, when he was finished ,he cleaned up the bathroom after he was finished. I will definitely call him again if I have any plumbing problems.

Was the ONLY one to respond from Angie's list. Quick, courteous, was completely up front. No hidden cost and began work after our approval. Would absolutely call him again! Cost was a little high but then again almost everything is.

It all went very well. Jerry came out and gave us an estimate. I ordered everything we needed for the project. Jerry returned the day after I called him back and completed the installation on time and as per estimate. He cleaned up after he was done. We are very happy with the service.

Jason at South Lake Plumbing provided excellent service. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a short period of time. I have had many plumbers in the past with not much success and charging a lot of money for shoddy work. I am very happy that I have found a great plumber if needed in the future.
