I've used Rob's Septic for over 14 years. They've always been able to make time to listen, answer my questions, and solve my problems promptly -- no two-week delays. They are on time or early, get the job done, don't leave a mess. Steve took care of a problem I had today, explained what was wrong, and got everything working again. I've recommended Rob's to neighbors for years, and some of them use Rob's.

When I called for a estimate it was $7000 worst case including $550 for soil test . I booked it understanding it was 2-3 months before they would start .The final price including a pump out was $8750 due to the space restrictions in my yard ? They did mark all irrigation connections they had to cut and did a nice job cleaning up . Unfortunately my driveway also got 2 new cracks ! This was disclaimed on original estimate . After waiting 2.5 months I’m not going to dispute the higher price , just get it done !

Thank you for taking time to leave us a review. We try our best to guesstimate what the county will require prior to permits being issued. In the end we are required to do exactly what they require and sometimes it ends up being more than we anticipate for varying reasons. In regards to your sidewalk, we must use heavy equipment to complete our job and occasionally sidewalks and driveways do crack. We are happy to give a referral for repair if needed. We really appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you in the future.

I can not express enough how happy and impressed I was with Jose and Will. They were friendly, professional and very thorough. Extremely satisfied with the “above and beyond” work they performed.
