I was having a problem with a downspout not draining properly, causing the start of damage to the side of my house and a portion of my roof. Robert quickly evaluated what was causing the drainage to clog, checked and cleaned the entire gutter system, and suggested the addition of another portion of downspout to prevent further roof damage. He told me all of my options for prevention of damage in the future, and I liked that I was not pressured. The work was done quickly and I am very happy with the result.
