We had our 25 year old master bath totally renovated from one with a typical tub/shower, to a large sliding glass rain shower. New tiling for walls and floor, plumbing, painting and texturizing walls, wall reinforcement for hanging some heavy cabinets, and adding in new electrical outlets, ceiling fan, and mirror lighting. Basically, everything was gutted to nothing and rebuilt all new. We already had Quadrati reno half of our guest bathroom 8 or 9 years ago so it was an easy decision to use them again. The crew were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what they were doing. We had some questions, and the guys walked us through their experience and thoughts. Sort of hand holding, and it all worked out fine. Plus, they cleaned up almost like they hadn’t been here at all. Bonus. The only real downside was that they’re busy. So scheduling ahead for an opening of their workload needs some planning. Minor stuff, but worth the effort. This fall, we’ll likely get that other half of the guest bathroom finished off by them too. Zero apprehension of their work. 100% recommend them.

I cannot overstate how amazing working with the entire Quadrati team was. We needed a partner in this process and they over delivered on that expectation. We are now working through the next series of enhancements in our home and have recommended them to those we know would value their talents and services.

After having a horrible experience with the first contractor that we hired for this knock out window project, Quadrati stepped in to save the day. Quadrati immediately took on the project and finished the job to perfection. They passed all city inspections, and the finishes were perfectly done. I am thankful that they came to the rescue and got our knock out window installed.

The remodeling went very well. We are extremely happy with the bathroom and find that it is very beautiful. The contractor and his employees were very professional and The quality was excellent. We have already contracted with them for a second bathroom. Highly recommend this contractor.

It exceeded my expectations. The work was done quickly, communication was excellent and the advice offered was accurate. I was often out of town, but was able to trust that everything was handled professionally and pictures were sent to me at every step. This is my second project and I highly recommend!!!

Leo and the team at Quadrati Construction just completed the renovation of our entire house and we could not be happier with the work they did. Every person that worked on our house from Quadrati was a true craftsman - from the tile installers, flooring, electrical, drywall and plumbing. Each person took such pride in their work and was meticulous about cleaning up each day to keep our house as livable as possible. Leo and his team do excellent work, are very knowledgeable and methodical in their approach, clean up after themselves/ are respectful of the home, and are very pleasant to work with.

We had Leo and his crew work on all aspects of our home remodel: tile floor demo and new luxury vinyl, bath demo and remodel, and kitchen demo and remodel. They were communicative, courteous, prompt, and clean. Leo always kept us in the loop regarding decisions to be made and treated each aspect as if it was his own home. Hiring and working with Leo at Quadrati was a pleasure. The work quality was superb. A must use contractor for any home renovation project where attention to detail and reasonable pricing for the work and design quality you receive. Our project had many modern elements and Quadrati understood what we wanted and also suggested ways to improve our project which became some of the best features of our renovation.
