+ -1 moreShannon and Ashley were so nice and patient in getting the warranty approval required and picking a time that fit our busy schedule. Yonel arrived right on time. He was very friendly and explained exactly what he had do to diagnose the problem. He patiently waited as the manufacturer required that he do the diagnosing while he was on the phone with them, He carefully diagnosed and fixed the problem. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
