I am providing 2 stars because first, I feel they took advantage on the permit charge. Towards the end of the job, I discovered my actual permit charge was $50 when Premier Power charged me $250. I expect to be charged a little more but this is 5x. I have done larger jobs and not been charged such a high additional fee. Also, they had to make a small hole in my dry wall but when they completed the job they failed to repair it. When I asked they mentioned to call Michael to ask for someone to make the repair. He then told me it will come with a charge. This is a hole of 2x2 inches I can repair myself but I believe it is the principle of just getting the job fully completed, especially for what I paid for one dedicated outlet with a high permit charge. The dedicated outlet was placed by the breaker box and I believe had a fair price of $430, but again they took advantage with the permit charge. There was no excavation required. The 2 guys who came to complete the job did a good job with the installation and were professional. Lynda did well following up by email.

Matt and crew were on time and worked quickly. Outstanding job! Would definitely recommend and rehire.

2 weeks ago set up appointment to have dedicated circuit put in. They quoted me a price of $418 which was the exact price that friends of ours for having the exact same thing done and the distance and what it was being used for was even the same. Was told they would be out between 10-12pm. Took 3 hours of to make sure was home for them. At 12:10pm called and they had no record of the appointment!!! I explained everything, they would try to find what the good do, the charge was $484 plus taxes. I hung up the phone. To charge more for the exact same thing and loose pay for taking time off and have no record of appointment really!!!!

Michael was amazingly friendly and super fast! Would strongly recommend!
