I went with them because the salesman was the most professional. That all changed after I signed the agreement to hire them. They ARE ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY! They have lied to us twice and we caught them. We have not started the repairs because we have to removed the solar panels first and it was the holidays. Plus we have not received the insurance money yet. They called my insurance company and told them my mortgage is in default and that I have not made payments. Not TRUE. I am in forbearance due to covid19, cancer, heart attack and disabled vet. Now they are saying we are in breach of contract and threatening to sue us.

Everyone is very nice though slow to let you know what is happening. It was two months after we signed up and paid half down that the work began. We were very pleased with the crew that removed our old roof and replaced it. It looks good and they cleaned up everything. We are waiting now for a hole in our screen covering the pool to be fixed. We were told before Christmas they would be out but we still have the hole and no communication. Would really like to get done with the process.

Nolands roofing Clermont FL: AWFUL!, Terrible! use anyone else. They put the wrong color roof on the house, absolutely awful color. Now have to live with a bright orange roof for 20 years. They filed a second claim on homeowners insurance and told me after the fact. Then kept sending an additional bill. no communication, NONE. When I told them I was not paying them another dime, they reported that nothing in the file shows the wrong color roof was placed. I said fine, I am going to go on and leave a review on every site I can get on, Veronica refused to take payment by phone because I was threatening her, I was threatening her? telling you I am going to leave a terrible review was a promise, not a threat. They sent a painter who promised to do a job. If I could do a 0-star review I would. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY!!!!!

They did a great job on the roof of my antique house. Great crew. Fast work. Cleaned everything up. I would absolutely recommend. Call and ask for Nathan!

Tony, Jeff and the office staff were professional, polite, and informative. Depending on type of roofing dictates the time it takes. For us we wanted metal roof and that takes time in getting the materials. We were ignorant to this even though Tony said this. It just didn’t sink in at first. Tony was there at start and again when insurance rep came out to do their part. Tony stayed with him and explained what we were interested in. Nolan’s does interior work as well and we added gutters. The guys doing the roof needs to be more mindful of their personal trash at end of day, empty coke cans, water bottles and styrofoam cups. The dumpster trailer company had a lot to be desired. Initially the set up was good with tarps under trailer to protect drive way and orange cones. But unfortunately the roof guys loaded the trailer that was not excepting to the pick up guy. He ended up removing material back into our yard and left. Now mind you it was the wood frames that the metal was shipped in, not tar paper etc. However my husband spoke with Jeff and it was dealt with. Dumpster trailer company was a contractor to Nolan’s. Nolan’s is a great company. We are still waiting on final job, the interior.

Brian did a great job of letting me know what repairs need to be done and how to do them most effectively. He worked hand-in-hand with me and my insurance company!

Workmanship was very good. Matching shingles not good. Our roof is red, they put in brown and stated that is a close as they could get.

I've had to revise my earlier assessment. after closer inspection, the shingles are not lined up and there is major cosmetic defects. the shingles along the drip edge are not even flush on the rakes and they look like they were trimmed with a butter knife. I went into the attic during a severe thunderstorm and there was water entering the attic through the ridge vent, almost the entire length. We are attempting to get this resolved with Nolands roofing and we are waiting for the owner to come out and discuss a resolution for the shoddy work. For now my scores will reflect the job that we received.

I hope I don't need a roofing job again for quite awhile, but I won't even research next time. I'll just go straight to Noland's. They were incredibly prompt and professional and they were extremely accommodating. We took multiple estimates and Noland's was not the cheapest but they also weren't the most expensive. They were the only company that clearly demonstrated to us the kind of materials they would use and the teqhniques they would use on our job. They are also the only company that offered us a choice as to color and materials. They really took the mystery out of the process and were as precise as possible on the final estimate. They have done follow-up to ensure that we are happy and that they are satisfied with their own work. I would recommend them to anyone.
