Description of Work: The owner represented himself as a general contractor and skilled to handle homeowner insurance claims. He produced a legal contract for us to sign giving him full and complete rights to determine the work needing to be done on our home and the cost. When we asked for a detailed account of the work that was going to be done along with expected time allowance he refused. We were told that it was not a concern of ours and not to bother ourselves with the details. Naturally, we did not use this company.

Description of Work: I hired MidFloridaHomeRepairs to do work for my boss (which is a doctor). The Dr. has very high expectations when it comes to the office and his home. As far as the office he wanted to remodel the entire office. MidFloridaHomeRepairs painted the interior of the entire office along with brand new hardwood flooring. The office looks great. Patients compliment the office every day and are always asking who did the work. As for the Dr's personal home MidFloridaHomeRepairs did the kitchen backsplash and complete landscaping. The Dr's expectations were beyond exceeded. We absolutely love the quality of work, professionalism, expertise, and dedication from the company. We are going to use MidFloridaHomeRepairs for all future repairs that may be necessary.
