Description of Work: Yearly lawn service. Lawn dying and full of weeds. Were supposed to clean out flower beds weekly and I had weeds up to my knees. I had to pay a group $1500 to clean out their messs.

Description of Work: I have an annual contract with Massey for a variety of services including lawn care (not cutting), irrigation, and pest control. I am unable to give a proper evaluation at this time since my tenant has moved.

+ -1 moreWas with them 1 year, while I was gone the service was neglected, bugs in lawn and in very bad shape when I returned, tech did try came several time. but feel if they had been paying attention would not of happened. Feel that there service starts out okay but goes down hill after being with them.

+ 0 moreThey are responsive to our phone calls. The amount of weeds in our lawn have decreased very noticeably. They seem to be doing a much better job than the previous lawn service we used. We are very happy with their service, knowing that our new lawn will make it through the summer.
Description of Work: They aerated our lawn, and provided weed control and fertilization.
