Description of Work: I recently moved to central Florida and purchased an older home with multiple AC units. I have had a lot of problems with the AC since moving in and Kalos Services has always come promptly and professionally. I highly recommend them for all your AC needs!

Description of Work: Just at 5 pm on a friday, our air conditioning unit stopped cooling. Calling several places I found it to be too late to get anyone out without a huge expense. But I didn't see us suffering until the following week either. Kalos saved the day! Their dispatch had someone return my call, and a tech was at the door in under an hour. He had us all fixed up and working in no time! Professional, courteous, and priced better than fair!

Description of Work: We needed a new gas pool heater. They came out on a Friday evening and did the job and didn't charge extra for the evening service. As it turns out we had a problem with the gas valve also. They helped us find a service provider to take care of that. Then a year later the heater showed a couple of problems. They came out the same and looked at it. Turns out some critter had made a home in the heater while we had it off. They cleaned out the heater and counted it as a warranty visit. They weren't the cheapest people to replace the pool, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service, quality work, and professional service staff.

Description of Work: They diagnosed and fixed an electrical problem at a house that I manage. I can't remember the exact date or amount as this was a while ago.

Description of Work: They totally gutted both our bath rooms and kitchen. They did tile work in both baths and the kitchen backsplash. Replaced the dated track lighting with pot lights. And also did some outdoor lighting and ran electrical service to our shed. They were GREAT!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Description of Work: Checked for Ele. problem and fixed it and fixed two outlets. The tech was professional, polite and very good at his job. Kalos should do all they can to keep this young man in there employ.

Description of Work: Nathan came out to give me an estimate on a new HVAC system. He actually checked the air handler as well and found the capacitor not working in addition to having the coil frozen solid. He had me put the system on heat to thaw the coil. After about 20 minutes he worked getting some of the ice off the coil (very gently). He spent quite a while explaining things to me.
