 + -1 moreOriginally took my call after I was locked out of my home on a Saturday evening with my 2 young children (age 2 years and 4 month old baby). I explained I was trying to get a family member to meet me with spare key. He said no problem he could come out if key couldn't be sourced. 45 mins later I called back, trying several times with no answer, and left messages to explain I needed help as my family member did not have key. NO response. Terrible terrible service.

Description of Work: I was helping my foster daughter move her furniture out of a house that she had been renting. The landlord changed the lock and would not agree to let her in. Lynn called the sheriff's department. A deputy came out and reviewed her driver's license. He said as long as she was living in the house and it was her address, she had a right to get a locksmith to let her in. I searched Angie's list for a locksmith near by. We made a time to meet Jerry. On the way to the house, we realized we would be there before the agreed on time. We called Jerry again and asked if he could come over earlier. He agreed, and met us there just after we got there. He was pleasant, and he was able to open the lock without causing any damage to the door or lock. When he was finished, he set the lock so that all we had to do was pull the door shut. I think he charged Lynn $59, which I thought was a good price.

 + -1 moreOnce the service-person got there, he was finished very quickly with satisfactory results. However, I had to wait a few days for him to fit me into his schedule. And he didn't arrive when we'd scheduled. That being said, it WAS just before the 4th of July weekend, and he DID come out and get the job done on the 4th, so he gets extra points for that.
