They sent a reminder, called to say they were on their way, arrived on time, were considerate of all of the pets and were done in 2 1/2 hours. Nice guys who even offered to sweep up small bits afterwards. My only suggestion is that the owner should write an estimate at the end of the estimation appointment or at least offer to email the exact estimate later in the day/ I had to write down everything he said. He arrived without anything in his hand and even had to go back to his truck for his business card. I got an email estimate only after I called to say I might like to go with him but wanted something in writing.

It went great. They were early (send a text notifying us), explained to us what they were going to do, and did their work efficiently and completely. They were even great with our dog.

Crew arrived on time, professional, friendly, informative, cleaned up after themselves, quick and I plan on making this an annual task this vendor can handle for me.

Excellent service and job well done

We have them out yearly to clean out the dryer vent ( really makes a difference in the dry time). Jeff and team are very professional, responsive and through. I have checked pricing in the area, and they are very competitive. You can't go wrong hiring them.

I hired the company for the Dryer Vent cleaning. The process was quick and reasonably priced. The team was super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. One thing that surprised me a little was the roof was left dirty. My husband ended up sweeping and picking up what was left behind. But, I still will rehire them in a heartbeat.

Jeff and Corey were very thorough with their work & all aspects of the job were clearly explained before the work was performed. Jeff has been in the business for over 14 years & he is extremely knowledgeable. The house & attic were very carefully prepared before the actual cleaning began and the cleanup was very thorough. I was very impressed. & will make sure to use Jeff again next year.

They fit us in at 7am on a Saturday and did everything they promised without trying to upsell. Explained everything they were doing and why.

They were very friendly from start to finish. They were quick and extremely reasonable! I didn’t realize how bad my dryer vents were until they showed me!! It was definitely a fire hazard. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing this done. It’s a great company!
