The experience with Got It Maid Cleaning Services LLC didn't go too well. I bought a Groupon but I was never able to set up the service. They are very difficult to get hold of. I just ended up paying somebody else and lost the money.

There are alot of discrepancies with [member name removed] account of the facts. He did not purchase two Groupons (unless they were bought in another name) what he bought per his email to me was a HalfOffDepot voucher for $39.00 for three man hours of cleaning. He sent an email on 1/28 asking for maid service the following week, we responded to him on 2/1 explaining that the first available appointments were the week of 2/18 to which he responded that it needed to be done by 2/7. This was the last communication we had with him. The terms of these promotions is "subject to availability" and not being able to schedule him for two weeks is not unreasonable. Also if a vendor is not able to handle the customers request they can simply contact HalfOffDepot for a refund, unless the customer has let the voucher expire. We have no way of checking expired vouchers but as of this date he does not have a active voucher. Since [member name removed] did not provide us with his voucher and no service was provided we received no money for his purchase. I think [member name removed] misrepresentation of the facts in this review is very unfair to us as a vendor. Roger C. The ladies arrived on time and brought in their own supplies. I showed them the rooms I wanted them to focus on and they started from the top shelves and worked down. They were outstanding cleaning the little nooks and crannies! They were good about asking me if they could use certain products like a weak bleach solution in an area. I was very happy with the results.
Description of Work: The home I moved into really needed a good cleaning and was too much for me to do alone.
