+ -1 moreThey are absolutely phenomenal. They do the maintenance themselves; they do not contract it out. The second time we called them for the refrigerator, they didn't charge us for the service call or for the board which they replaced, even though the warranty had expired. I was amazed, and they said that they wanted to treat us like they would wish to be treated as a consumer, which as far as I was concerned, was super. They were excellent, and came the same day we called them. They told me that they make every effort to come out the same day. I absolutely would use this company again in the future.
Description of Work: We use General Electric Co. for our appliance repair. If you have a warranty on any GE product, you call them and they will come out. We had a GE refrigerator which stopped working. It was under warranty, so they came out and replaced the main board. About two weeks ago, the refrigerator again stopped working. We called them and even though it was no longer under warranty, they came out and replaced the main board.
