We would use them again. We were very satisfied. They were real good. They had a good line to show us. They had good installers. They did the job when they said they would and they cleaned up. The floors are still good after all these years. We haven't had any issues. The price was fair for Brazilian cherry.

Did not have any problems, work turned out to be better than than we had expected. Would use them again anytime. Have recommended them to several of our neighbors, of which a couple have already used them.

Work crew moved the furniture out, removed the carpet and pad, and when finished move the furniture back. Did not charge any extra for the above items. One room (the master bedroom) had to have a lot of prep work done ahead of the hardwood floor installation, but the work crew took the extra work in stride and still completed on time. Bradley Garrett (the owner) came to our house with plenty of samples, provided us with a reference list and contacts, and even suggested we contact the contacts to come and see the work his firm performed. The work crew supervisor (Joe Tindall) and his two man crew were the best. Cleaned up after themselves to the point where you would not have known they were even here. Assisted in placing Felt Pads on all the furniture so the floors would not be scratched in the future. A work crew that did more than expected and did not charge extra is a rarity these days. I would strongly recommend GFI for your hardwood floor installation.

Garrett Floors, Inc. installed carpet in my house that we are trying to sell. Garrett Floors was a referral from a co-worker of mine that used their services recently. I called Garrett Floors on a Friday evening and the owner Brad Garrett was at my house early the next morning. Brad brought lots of samples and measured my home. Mr. Garrett gave me an estimate on the spot and then emailed me an itemized estimate an hour later. His carpet installation crew showed up promptly on time a few days later to complete the job. We had many estimates and Garrett Floors was the least expensive and could do the job right away. I like dealing directly with the owner of the company and I would recommend this company to anybody needing new floor coverings. I am having Garrett Floors install hardwood, porcelain, and carpet in my house currently being built.
