Bob and Steve (brothers) did a very thorough and professional assessment of my HVAC system. All issues were corrected promptly (within two days of ordering components from Lennox). Lennox initially refused to cover the repairs under warranty (10 year extended parts plan). With the continual help from Bob (great guy!), he was able to get Lennox to honor their parts warranty and cover the material costs. Thank you Bob for not giving up on my battle with Lennox! If anyone needs HVAC repairs or replacement, Bob and Steve are your "Go To" service technicians. Give them a call. You will be glad you did.

With a AC this age it was way to old to pump money into to so I had them replace the unit. From the moment I called them till it was completed it was 48 hours. They were fast, punctual and priced very fairly, I am 1200% pleased with the work they did and my new York AC unit and would not hesitate to use them again or refer to a friend

Replaced faulty blower motor starting cap on first visit. Returned next day (Sunday, at no extra cost) and troubleshot recurring problem to faulty thermostat (15 years old). I replaced thermostat and the system works fine.

Found Bob Davis on Angie's list and based on great reviews, called and scheduled AC inspection. Mr. Davis's employee, Sinaisky/Nike came to inspect AC unit and found that we needed new AC Coil as it was leaking. Agreed to estimate and both Sinaisky/Nike and Bob came the next day to install new AC coil. Original Inspection cost $119 and Coil installation cost $1,600. Sinaisky/Nike and Bob installed the new AC coil and now everything is working great !! Thank you Bob Davis & your great employee !!

Quickly and efficiently they diagnosed the problem and repaired it.

I needed somebody to shoot straight with me and Mr. Davis did. He quoted the job for almost a thousand dollars less than a large competitor's bid. Other reviews said he was honest which is why I called him for a second opinion. Well, they're right. He is my new A/C guy from now on. Professional, honest, friendly, and down to earth. I was so surprised when he charged me NOTHING for his services. He said it was because it was a new AC but I am still in shock that he would insist on not even accepting a service charge. The AC he installed has worked perfectly. When I called around 10, he said he'd be there between 11 an 1 that same day, and he was. Mr. Davis is the consummate professional, informative, very pleasant and in my experience, highly trustworthy. . I have never had such a positive experience with any type of service provider. Mr. Davis responds promptly and professionally to service requests. I have been having him over for over two years now and would recommend him highly to anyone else. Here's why: 1) He is a very honest and sincere gentleman. He did a thorough check and maintenance on both my units and was honest about the condition of the unit. He did not try to "sell" me more than I needed nor did he use "scare" tactics to try to get me to change one of my older units. His pricing was very reasonable. I was charged $125.00 for two units. 2) He took the trouble to come to my residence to deliver some disposable filters to my residence. While over at my place, his vehicle accidentally chipped against the wall of my garage. While he could have quietly slipped away because I would not have noticed this chip immediately, he took the initiative to let me know that he did this damage and wanted to waive the cost of the filters that he had just replaced and delivered. I was, and remain very impressed by his decency. To think that there are honest and decent technicians and human beings left in this world!! I was beginning to become cynical and suspicious about service providers and technicians. Needless to say, he has single- handedly restored my faith in technicians and human beings in general and I am so happy to that I will always trust him with any of my air-conditioning needs. Also, if and when my older unit needs replacement, my husband and I are going to consider giving him the contract. Davis Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. was good. They were knowledgeable and they seemed to care. When it came to the schedule to get the work done, it was hard to do. Once they got started, it was very good.

They were very thorough and went through everything. They did a good job and I set up a service contract with them.

Bob was very experience and fixed our problem right away. The second time we called him was for our rental property. The part that he replaced was still under warranty, we had just replaced it less then 3 months prior with a different AC company. Not only did he check with the manufacture to see if it was still under warranty but he also checked if they would pay for his labor, and they did!!! So no cost was out of out pocket.
