+ -1 moreGreat. When they come and see a part that I need replacing for my pool, they let me know and replace it for me. The pool cleaning service is the best I have had so far. My pool looks great all the time.

+ -1 moreThey told me it needed all these parts. But I got a second opinion and it was a 5 dollar part that I could have repaired myself. I also had them check the whole system and they cleaned it out and I watched what they did so I knew what to do in the future. But the next day after they had left the pool came on and the valves were all changed and water wasn't coming out and I had not touched it. I called them and they sent someone out per their service guarantee and they are still trying to charge me for that second visit even though they caused the issue in the first place.
Description of Work: I just bought my house and I had a pool light that was not working and they came out and looked at.

+ 0 moreThey arrived on time and did what they said they would in a timely manner. I like that I can aask them questions about the operation of the pool and equipment and they help me to understand it all. I maintain my own pool and they have been very helpful. Would definatly use them again .
Description of Work: They installed a new water heater. They were prompted and did a very good job. Also had them install hand railing into pool and spa. Did a good job. I like that they are professional and prompt.

+ -1 moreWe've used multiple cleaners over the years. I do have to say that the pools look the best they ever have. Many companies just toss in a few chlorine tablets and off they go. Since using Crystal Clear Pools, I have not had one complaint of how the pool has looked. That is great for a vacation home rental owner.
