Description of Work: Installed porcelain tile in our lanai. Miscalculated the quantity of tile needed. Installer forgot to bring the waterproofing membrane for the expansion joints so it delayed starting the job . Installer started pattern layout incorrectly, we needed to correct him. He forgot to mix in grout shield for grout but we corrected him in time. |He did an excellent job with the grout lines and was friendly. |Overall the final job looks great.
