 + -1 moreI was with Clermont for roughly 5+ years. I was going to change my service to a provider that would allow me to access my system on my smart phone. John, the owner, called me back and said that he would provide the same at no cost out of pocket and a small increase in the monthly service. This was on a Friday in May 2012, he said that he would call me on that next Mon to start the process. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!!!! I called the office for 4 months and talked to everyone EXCEPT FOR JOHN!! He would not return my call and never set up the appt to install the equipment to access the system from my smart phone. This is the owner!! YOU ARE CRAZY IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Their customer service is horrible! I am now with another company and I am paying alot more and it is well worth it.

 + -1 moreTheir service is excellent. I have recommended others to Clermont Security. I used them for four years. I've had no problems. They're the same price as everybody else. They're competitive.
