I have never owned a pool before and was looking for someone to walk me through what I needed to do to maintain it. The day they were to arrive, it was raining. I received a call about 30min prior to their arrival saying they would not becoming because of the rain. I had no problem with that, it was the rescheduling. They had already rescheduled once, and I had been waiting over a week. I realize they must be busy, due to this area, but having to wait another week was not something I was willing to do. They seemed professional enough on the phone, but I won't be calling them again, especially in an emergency!

I am a local realtor and whenever I have a pool question or issue I use Clermont Pool and Spa. Recently during an routine home inspection the inspector noted that the water level in the spa when switched off was at a lower level than expected. He recommended we have the spa inspected by a professional pool contractor. I called Clermont Pool and Spa and they responded right away. They inspected the spa and all equipment before sealing the light and jets. For one week they sent out a technician to monitor the water level (it was a difficult task because we had rain on several days that week). At the end of the week it was determined that the spa was in fact losing water and so Clermont Pool and Spa called in their leak detection team. Thankfully the issue was solved easily and the customer was given a 90 day warranty. Eric and Sarah, the owners are great people. Always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Their technicians are well trained and extremely knowledgable. They do a fantastic job.

We recently bought a house with a 10 year old pool and spa and are first-time pool owners. There was some initial confusion about when they were scheduled for our first visit, and then more confusion about ordering parts and the follow-up visit; but the owner and entire crew showed up at the next visit (and all subsequent visits for awhile) until we got everything worked out. Eric (owner) was very attentive and knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to show us how things worked and what might need attention (pumps, heaters, solar panels, etc.) And Jimmy (tech) spent hours repairing and replacing light bulbs, spa jets, leaky or broken valves, pool lights, and fixed the pump so that it operates more efficiently. We are very happy and feel very comfortable with Clermont Pools and look forward to continued visits and advice! The pool looks gorgeous and we are confident that now we know how to maintain it ourselves (and that Eric and Jimmy are standing by to assist, if necessary!) :)

Clermont Pool personnel showed up to prep the site for the tile and marcite removal. They poured a foundation for the new bar and fixed a leak in the light niche that existed for 20 years without my knowledge. That took a lot of effort. So far no problem. Then the sub came to remove the tile and replacement with the new tile. Another sub came to sandblast the old marcite off the inner pool surface. Clermont Pool was the only company that offered the sandblasting- A sign of past quality workmanship. ( Good surface adhesion ensures long life). After that the new quartz material was laid in and left to cure. We decided to sub the old cool deck refinishing job ourselves to another company who did a polymer coating. We did a separate review on them. Clermont Pool came back and started installing the cabinet and bar. Up till now the they came when they said they would . All of a sudden there were missed appointments. After multiple contacts on my part, they finished the cabinets and I scheduled the granite guy at t minus 4 days. After granite install, they did give it the last minute push and finished 99.9% of the punch list. We had our wedding event and all was fine. We decided to give them an A rating. All in all the quality of the job was great, the employees and subs were great and we are satisfied, and they finished the job on the date scheduled. They finished the rest of the punch list to our satisfaction.
