Great! Mike spent time with me while I made up my mind, showed me options in all price categories, with no pressure. He nade suggestions, one of which was to leave blinds off my highest window, which cost him money, but then again, guess who I will call when I want to install window coverings in the rest of my home? The blinds were installed quickly, there was a minor problem with a pull, and he came and fixed it right away, and even ordered a new one and replaced the one he fixed. He carries very good quality at a very reasonable price (my family was in the decorating business so I know this). I can not remember the actual cost but it was about $2,000. He was also able to find me an attractive blackout pull up pull down shade for a 110" window and installed it at the same price we paid a big box store 10 years ago, and we had to install that one, which never worked right.

Good work, but delivery took longer than expected. Didn't respond to follow up contacts for custom work.

He was obnoxious in every way..He felt the need to best you on every topic.When there was a problem after they were installed,he refused to take responsibility,yelling at me that he would refund my money (after my old blinds had been discarded)and then hbegan to tell me how ugly my other verticals are $3

Mike came with samples, excellent prices from top quality company - he spent a lot of time with me with pricing and various products that might suit my needs. I am going to order blinds or honeycomb as soon as I decide how many windows I want to do. I normally do not rate before I buy, but I was impressed at his willingness to help decide what I want with no pressure on me to order, the estimate was free.

They were excellent. We have used them before and their prices are very good. They were punctual and the blinds look beautiful.

I was referred to this company by friends.   It was a free consultation with no obligation and no  pressure to choose that day.  
 There was a large amount of blinds I could choose from. The salesperson was very patient as I mulled over my decision.  He made it clear to me I did not have to decide that day.  
The  installation was professionally done and went smooth and looked great.
Worth the extra money to purchase quality blinds that will last for years and look great.  I can definitely see the difference between using blinds from this business than blinds that I have purchased in the past from chain stores.

He came in complaining about his air conditioning in his car, the second time I ever met him. I didn't like his personality. He was supposed to be at my home at 1:30 p.m and he called and said he had a cancellation and wanted to come earlier. I said okay, even though it was a bit inconvenient. He seemed to be very disagreeable about having to make adjustments when he came to hang the blinds. I felt he charged an outrageous amount for the service I got. The blinds are heavier quality than thin mini-blinds, but I felt like I didn't get a good deal. His advertisement in the local flier said anything over $500, you would get $75 off. Well, the price came to $20 less than qualifying for the discount. When I mentioned that, he acted like he didn't even know about his own coupon! I just didn't think he acted like a good businessman.
