Bill answered my call and gave me an estimate over the phone for the work to be done. We agreed on a time for the service the next day. Bill called ahead to make sure we were ready for him and showed up on time. He quickly replaced the disposer and repaired the faucets while answering my many questions. He noted that it looked like the house pressure reducer was starting to go bad and located it for me. I thought that he was very professional and personable and would not hesitate to call him again.

We had Bill do some jobs for us in our previous home and were very pleased. When we bought a foreclosure that needed a complete redo he was our natural choice. There is no way I can remember every detail but I can say it went very smoothly for as much as was involved. It was a huge project and would have been much more stressful if not for his expertise and commitment to getting the job done right. You could tell he had experience in all areas and is definitely well versed in every aspect of his business. His ability to resolve issues that arose and his patience in explaining solutions were greatly appreciated. His workers were also very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable I feel we got a whole lot for the money we spent. You don't find this level of quality work, genuine interest in pleasing the customer and reasonable pricing all combined very often.
