Better Home Cleaning

Was great for many years. However, recent years were very much declining. When addressed, resulted in frustration with our feedback and even said lack of cleaning was due to our second rescued pet. Had referred a number of clients many of whom discontinued service due to less than satisfactory results. So disappointing....

Good. When some things were missed, I would call the company and they would make sure it was done either the same day or the next month. The service is very good with that. I have been using them since December.

They do a good job they are efficient. If there are any problems they take care of it right away.

I haven?t used him yet. He came out and talked to me. He gave me an estimate, which was for $95. The estimate was for the first-time cleaning and the regular cleaning. He quoted $90 if he did the work every week and $95 if he did the work every other week. He was supposed to come out in two weeks. However, I found somebody, who could come out sooner. I still might try this company in the future. He seemed honest and he looked around the house. I liked him. He has people who work for him; he doesn?t do the work himself. He was very responsive and punctual. He answered the phone when I had called. I will definitely use him in the future.

I would recommend them. The owner's name is Ken Steele. We are a working family, so they help us with some housecleaning services. They are reliable, very dedicated, and extremely trustworthy with all appropriate background checks. I couldn't say enough about their services. We pay them on a monthly basis. I think the price is very fair for the size of our home. However, given the market rates, it is probably a little high. They are very responsive, punctual, and professional.
