Artistic Design & Resurfacing

Received a quote on Aug 16 2018 . We were scheduled for Oct 22 2018. We waited till 9AM and called owner only to be told that he had called last week and left 2 detailed voice mails which we never received that they would not be coming because his employee had left the country as his brother was having brain surgery.

.We had a crack in our tub that made it unusable. The owner of the company came and gave us a free estimate. We set up an appointment to have the job done. The technician was running a little late but called to let us know. He fixed the crack in the tub and refinished it. He did an excellent job, the tub looked like new and he was done in less than 2 hours just as he said he would be. The area was clean after he left. I would recommend this company.

They were very professional. Arrived on time. The tub looked awesome when the surface was complete. I did however have tiny particules that setteled into the finish when it was complete. I told them about it and they returned to polish the tub and said that if there is a lot of dust in the air that could be the culprit. Over all I would use them again.

They were referred to me by a neighbor who had used their services. They do something unique that I have never seen before. So I ended up using them and I have used their services twice now. I liked what they did. I had them go to my mother?s condo to redo her bathroom in the last week. The price depends on how much they are doing and also depends on the area. I have a large walk-in shower. I paid $900 to them for resurfacing the shower which is called multi-stone. It?s not like smooth tile reglazing but they do that and reglaze the bathtub as well as make it look like brand new. They do the multi-stone work where they spray on the tiles and it looks like you had the tiles redone. I had something different done at my mother?s place. They reglazed her white tub and made it white again. So it looks like a brand new bathtub. Then I had them do the multi-stone work on the shower tiles and I also had them multi-stone her tiled floor because it was an old tiled floor. She wasn?t going to spend money to re-tile. They did the multi-stone work on the floors as well. This can be done on counters, vanities, floors and tiles as well. They use a couple of different kinds of materials for resurfacing and reglazing. They have a smooth porcelain kind of material that they use. It looks like a brand new tub that has been reglazed. They also do another process which is done in the same way. It?s called multi-stone and it gives the tiles a texture. It?s inexpensive to update and remodel a bathroom rather than the tiles coming out all the time. We are in a house that we aren?t going to stay in for long. I got an estimate to redo the master bathroom which was going to be like $5000 to redo all the tiles. I had them come do our work when I saw what they had done in our neighbor?s house. They just did my shower and it looks brand new and clean. It?s an inexpensive fix for somebody who doesn?t want to retile. Their work isn?t cheap. They charged $875 for my mother?s bathroom and mine was $900. However, I liked the price. The work looks new, fresh and updated. They are prompt and they come when they say they are going to. The person who came out spoke a lot. It took them one day to get the work done. They came at 8:30 and finished by 1:00. However, it was a 3 trip deal to get my mother?s bathroom done. They had to first come out to reglaze the tub. It had to then dry for 72 hours. So they had to come back the second time to do the multi-stone work. It again needed to dry for 72 hours.
