s When Anytime was opening up the tank I heard multiple popping sounds (later found out it was concrete being broken) and later I visited the jobsite where the workman blamed the broken second lid (tank outlet filter access cover and 2nd chamber cover) on original installer. Said the lid was unsafe and would tip someone into the tank if walked upon. Showed me a small concrete layer added to the cover and said this w as a patch when the lid was installed. Anytime Septic noted the concrete layer was wrong.. Noted it could be fixed by Anytime Septic for about $450. Also pointed out the pipe from the tank to septic field was not at the correct angle. pointed out the outlet filter was a extremely cheap one and Anytime could provide a better one for $150. * I Took photos and some video of this discussion with Anytime septic. I had them cover up the open septic tank with plywood I supplied and made the area safe. Anytime septic replaced the inlet cover but did not attempt to seal this cover. * The next day called out builder (house less than one year old) and he called to original installer David Littiken plumbing. Installer explained the design and noted that when the tank is installed they add a small amount of concrete to seal the tank( from outside watering getting inside) on both of the lids, the concrete found was to be expected and was not a patch. He explained the design of the tank,, tank outlet , and septic field design. Dave was unhappy about the story that Anytime had provided and called the county inspector to consult. Dave corrected the situation at his own cost and I will be using Daves services in the future. * I will NOT be using Anytimes septic services in the future. * I used Angie list to find this vendor who had 14 good reviews. I am extremely disappointed.

Anytime Septic was able to process my request quickly & efficiently. They were able to come but within 48 hours of my call. They were delayed by weather but I was kept informed from their office staff of all changes and new ETA. The job was done well and I would definitely use them again.

Our concrete septic tank was 55 years old and showing signs of being in danger of falling into itself. Our drain field was over 15 years old. Blaine who is the owner of the firm kept me informed the whole way and did not sugar coat any bad news. He did all he could to avoid more expense and indeed did avoid having to put a pump in the system as well. Blaine delivered as agreed. Nobody likes to spend this kind of money and Blaine made the whole process as easy as possible.

They arrived on the day we scheduled and were very friendly and informative. They gave me a brochure on how the septic tank systems work since I had no clue. It took 2 trips since they discovered that one of the lids were crumbling when they came to pump the tank. The pumping was $275 and a new lid, which was pretty big was $275. I thought the pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend them.

I called first thing in the morning because toilets and showers were backing up in a rental I have. Brenda was very helpful and informative on the phone. We agreed on the service and she said they would get someone out as quick as they could (arrived around 3pm). Blaine came out with a crew. They were very professional and explained everything I wanted to know, and then some.They found the tank for me (I was wrong where I thought it was), and pumped both sides for the agreed price, no surprises. It was nice that he showed me how bad it was, their work, and ensured the plumbing was working before they left. We discussed some extra options, but was very glad there was no sales pitch or pressure at all. I was very unfamiliar with septic systems before this, and feel much more knowledgeable now. I will call them for future needs.

This was my second time using this company in 7 years I have lived in this house. The team arrived within the allocated time period. They found the septic tank cover quickly and with a minimum of digging. They made useful recommendations about care of my septic system and about additional services that were available. I am pleased with their services.

Blaine Haskin arrived with his partner in the time that they set out for me. They found the tank and proceeded to open and check the tank. They educated us on the workings of the tank and found that it was in good working condition. They recommended that I have one of the toilets replaced that was constantly running and I informed him that it was on my list of replacements. Since our tank was set pretty low he recommended that we move our sprinkler water lines that were above the tank itself. Over all they did a great job with their service and I would highly recommend them.

It took about an hour. We had used them before and found the service to be the best we have had. They really know their business well. We would certainly recommend them.
