they did excellent job and reasonable price compared to other plumber. but the people on their office keeps rescheduling me and looks like not sure with my appointment with their company.

Company found one leak at 325.00. Plumber who repaired it said there was at least another, per meter readings. Company wanted a further 150.00 to return 3 days later, when invoice states "all leak location and detection work is guaranteed for 30 days."

Steve (the tech) showed up at the promised time, was diligent in locating the leak, checked its accuracy several times, and marked it clearly. He was a consummate professional.

Went great. No leak found in the pool but some found in the equipment plumbing. Kevin was so thorough, checked everything so, we now have peace of mind:-)

Tech Dan came out and did a great job. Called ahead, right on time, very courteous and professional. Stuck with the troubleshooting even though he immediately found a leak. In fact, there were five leaks that he discovered, because of his attention to detail. Also did a complete integrity diagnosis of the underground piping. First rate job because of this fine tech. Office staff on phone were very courteous and efficient also. Honored Angies List coupon. American also includes any epoxy type repairs in the service call fee. Highly recommended !

Received an email giving me a time window and the name of the technician who would be coming to inspect the pool. The tech Dan called me about 1/2 hour prior to arrival and was well within the approximated time. Dan was very professional and went right to where he thought the leak may be. He did find a leak and patched it and then continued to check all of the other areas where a leak could be and even went into the pool to check the main drain and the area around the steps to be sure there could be hidden leaks. When he confirmed the one area he made his repair and gave me a receipt for payment along with a 60 day guarantee and advised me to call if I had any questions or problems.

Have used them before personally for a slab leak in my home. They were timely and helped me to discover my hot water leak in my slab under my home. Saved me a great deal on my electric. Used them this time for one of my customers who seemed ato have an ongoing problem with water leakage from a pool but we could not see where. American Leak Detection did a very good job, but in the process of setting the appointment, the Nagels (owners) were out of town and their staff took the appt. info and then dropped the ball literally. I waited 2-3 weeks to hear from them without any avail and when I finally called, the owners lacked any/all info on my 2 conversations their staff and with initial set up, could not find my customer's info anywhere. Apology was given and then handled professionally from that point on.
