Nice guys, easy to get ahold of. I didn't have the most complex work done, just a couple sprinkler heads that weren't cooperating. Day of the appointment I called to see if we could move the appointment up,l as I had picked up some extra work that afternoon. He was amenable and came out earlier than originally scheduled. The only things I would be even a little critical of would be that price for the job was not discussed before he finished the labor, and he failed to fill the dirt in around one of the heads he repaired. Not the biggest of deals, though.

He was very professional and he took the time to explain everything it was doing. He even helped me out with an issue I was having with a component of my pool. He went out of his way to even give us more than what we were paying for without charge. I would highly recommend them for other projects of this type.

Excellent initial response and technical knowledge. Slow on appointment due to road block activity Subsequently hired to repair garage door motor. Again excellent response and seamless completion. It was a significant improvement. Hired again to replace sprinkler damaged by lawn service mowing. Next day response and he even cleared all of the heads free from lawn vegetation blocking proper functioning.

Patrick responded within minutes of me posting my problem on the home advisor site. He came to the house, assessed the issue, went and got a replacement part, and returned to fix the issue all within about 3 hours.

Patrick provided prompt service. He made an appointment to come to my home and provide a cost estimate on the same day I contacted him. We scheduled the work for the weekend and he provided the garage repair as quoted, and in a timely, professional fashion.

Patrick was on time and very professional when installing my replacement garage door opener. He took time and answered all my questions. This is the second time Patrick has done work for me and once again, he was absolutely fantastic! His pricing is always fair and he always does a wonderful job!

Patrick called within 15 minutes after I placed the request, and was able to come give an estimate shortly the same day. Installed the new garage door opener (the other was 12 years old) the next day. Even went out of his way to replace two fluorescent bulbs in the garage for me., and placed spacers on a large bookcase. His fee was reasonable. He is personable, funny and I certainly enjoyed his intellect. Will assuredly do further business with him.
